After visiting Dermatology and skin care, I was traveling. As we know if you are over 75, TSA doesn’t require one to remove their shoes. I was stopped both coming & leaving by TSA demanding that since I was under 75, I would need to remove my shoes. The agents were surprised when I announced my age which is well north of 75! I explained that I credited my wonderful dermatologist! Less

Dr. Muennich, her team and her facility is a first class operation. I have lived in several other states and worked with a few other Drs, but never had better care and treatment than at her business. When there is anything urgent or concerning, they find a way to get me taken care of. It’s disappointing to read a few reviews here that are complaining about receptionists or how the front desk handled something. We are all adults and I guarantee you that if you have an issue and tell the Dr. or even the office manager, they will address it immediately. Everyone has a bad day but a social media post to try to hurt a business that literally saves lives is a cowards message. I like that my doctor deals only with medical dermatology and refers me to someone else in the office for cosmetic questions, if I have any. (same appointment) I don't feel like I'm getting any kind of hard sell for products, just good medical care. Less

I wanted an appointment for some spots I was concerned about. I wasn’t able to schedule with my regular Dr. before leaving town but was able to see a Physician’s Assistant who was professional and able to diagnose and zap a few spots. I was seen on time and everyone was helpful and friendly. Less

I arrived for my first appointment and was not greeted by the receptionist right away. She was typing on her computer for several minutes as if I wasnt even standing there right in front of her. I had to ask "Is this where I check in?" In order for her to even look up at me and acknowledge that I was there. I felt it to be both very disrespectful and unprofessional. Also I specifically requested a "female" practitioner when making my appointment but saw a male dr instead. I feel like they shouldve at least told me that the woman I requested and was scheduled with called out today. Aside from those two things everything else was great. It's a beautiful office and the other staff members were very nice and professional. Dr Palmer ended up being so wonderful I was actually glad I had the opportunity for him to be my practitioner despite the fact that I initially requested to be appointed with a woman. He was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. He addressed all of my needs and I look forward to a creating a long lasting relationship with him. If I could give him alone, his assistant and the gentleman that called me to the back to check me in 10 stars alone I definitely would. Less

Edit: after their quick and apologetic response to this review I will be changing it from 2 stars to 4 stars, as I've had good service from them in the past. Hopefully their IT can solve whatever phone issue they seem to be having. I called to try and make an appointment, gave them my name and DoB she asked me to wait one moment and I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then the line picked up and I was immediately hung up on. I tried to call back and was told to leave a message by their automated calling system. This was at 2:30pm on a Friday. Very unprofessional. I have used them in the past and had good results and service but that was quite a few years ago. Less
