Excellent gym. The owner, Chris, is very engaged, cares about his staff and the members and their fitness, and seems to really know his stuff. The staff are helpful, friendly, and patient. The atmosphere is great and the bikes and equipment are in excellent condition. I would encourage anyone who wants to get in shape, even if they are not naturally athletic, to check it out.

Coach Jen was awesome. Made me feel at home. Easy to hear and clear with her instructions. Would definitely recommend this gym as either a home gym or for drop ins like myself.
