I had an outstanding experience with Hamsmith Motor Company in Lubbock, Texas. From the moment I started the process of purchasing a used Ford F-350, I was extremely impressed with my salesperson, Gabriel and the Sales Manager, Joe. They made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress-free. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and—most importantly—never pushy. They gave me the time and space I needed to make my decision on my own timeline.During my test drive, I noticed that one of the blinkers was not working. While they were addressing that issue, they also found an additional problem with the air conditioning system. When I decided to purchase the truck, they scheduled the A/C to be checked, and they ended up going far beyond what I expected by replacing the compressor, condenser, and expansion valve, and flushing all the hoses—at no additional cost to me. That level of service and integrity is rare, and it truly showed me that they care about their customers and stand behind their vehicles.I would highly recommend Hamsmith Motor Company to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle and a dealership that treats people with honesty, respect, and exceptional customer service.

After searching and searching, Im so glad we found Hamsmiths. I've previously worked with 5 other dealerships, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas. This is by far the most positive experience ive ever had. Joe and Maddie treated us like family from the moment we walked on the lot.Maddie greeted us and showed us around. This is the second vehicle we have got from Hamsmith. The first one was a beautiful Ford pickup and this latest purchase was quite unexpected. Joe was amazing when we went both times. He tried the first time to get me to trade up but I loved my older Durango. This time of course we knew who to go see. Joe greeted us as we pulled up and even though it had been almost 2 years he knew our names and history. We feel like family. And I now have an luxury upgrade Cadillac.
