They were just trying to get me into a better truck and I was just so impressed with how fast they were. Excellent customer service. Very easy to deal with. At no point we’re we treated rudely during the price negotiation like you experience at some dealerships. We were leery of dealing with a dealership on any level given past experiences. Chris and his team had a vehicle that we had been looking for show up on the lot and we decided to give him a call. My only regret is that I didn’t call Hamsmith Motor Company first! From start to finish these guys were 100% transparent and went over the top with their service making this deal happen. All the way down to the seamless financing that they handled in house. I can not imagine a more pleasant experience when purchasing an automobile. Less than 12 hours between submitting an application to picking up the SUV. I can not say enough good about this team of professionals. We will definitely be back when the need arises again!!!
