2 months into a 6 months program and I can very much see the impact. Considering that I have never done weighlifting nor gym workouts, I am impressed of both the results and how I am already feeling more energy and strenghts.
Simon as a trainer is truly making some magic. Knowledgeable, focused, flexible and great at creating a positive environment.

BTX in Hampstead is the best gym in London and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. I train with Mariyan and Simon and they are great — they push me to work hard but are also great to have a laugh with. And Eva, the Head of Operations, is great at answering your questions and helping to book sessions etc. They all help to give the gym a great vibe, and there are never more than 2-3 people working out at one time, making it the perfect place to train whatever your ability and goals. A huge thank you to the team and do not hesitate to sign up!

I have been working out at the BTX gym - in Hampstead/West Hampstead over the last 3 months. Simon is a fantastic trainer. He helped me achieve my PB and lift heavy weights I didn’t think I could ever do. Highly recommend if you are looking to motivate yourself to make a change and get fitter!

BTX Hampstead is an incredible gym. The trainers and the staff are extremely friendly and understanding. I signed up for transformation program a couple of months ago and feel like I am in the best shape of my life. Not only have I gotten stronger and lost weight but most importantly understood the value of tracking my calories. It’s become a lifestyle for me which will serve me well for the future. I train with Mariyan and he has been amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. He knows how to push me and break through my physical and mental limits. I can’t recommend this place enough. It has truly been a transformative journey for me.

I joined BTX who are based over in West Hampstead, North London 5 weeks ago. I’ve joined their 6 month online training course. From my original consultation to being assigned my trainer Szymon, the onboarding process was smooth and straightforward, taking into account what I want to achieve from the program and how it can easily fit into my very busy and weekly changing work schedule (I run a live music venue).
In 5 weeks all my lifts have improved and I’m lifting heavier weight week on week. My cardio times have also improved week on week with everything going in the right direction. Any questions have been answered quickly, and Szymon has held me accountable during our check ins. The meal plan has been easy to prep, and is realistic! I’m not hungry during the day and I don’t have urges to snack.
I really can’t wait to see where the next 20 weeks takes me! Thanks everyone at BTX for the best start to what will be a life changing few months!

I've been training with the amazing King Viking Szymon 👑 at BTX for 2 months, so it's a good time to pause, reflect and write my review.
So what can I say: it's been an amazing transformational journey thus far.
🏋️ The process: it's data driven, so I have a weekly weigh in, track my macros and do additional cardio throughout the week beyond my 3 weekly training sessions with Szymon. He checks in every session, giving me additional hints and tips and is always available on Whatsapp if I have any questions outside of my sessions. I definitely feel stronger, have more energy and the data doesn't lie - I have been going down in the right departments: weight & BMI.
🏟️ The gym: it's intimate and boutique. There's never more than 1-3 people training in there at anytime and in addition to Szymon (more on him later) ALL the trainers there are super friendly, making it a really personal and fun environment to work out in.
👟The trainer/s: Szymon is an absolute legend! My session goes so much quicker because we get to chat about to so many topics, but he's also been educating me loads, always humble and answering all my questions and thoughts - however simple or silly. And I have to add that the entire team is fantastic also. It's a place you'll want to come in and train 🏋️♂️
📈 The results: So like I briefly touched on earlier, as it's data driven I am definitely seeing and feeling results. Of course there's the in-app data which doesn't lie, but I can also tell from the mirror test and the general strength I'm feeling. Szymon takes the stress of exercise selection, technique, overload and reps away from me, which is a massive cognitive relief and something many of us struggle with. It all gets recorded in your personalised book which the trainers hold and without you realising it, you're lifting heavier and with more reps.
🏖️ Outside of the gym: This is where Szymon's support and advice really comes in help. I watch what I eat, make sure I portion control and don't over indulge and ensure I'm getting in the extra cardio in, because yes - he does check! And on the odd occasion I've had to skip a session, we can promptly re-schedule, but if I'm out of town (and I will be for the summer hols again) I can continue to follow my routine via the app BTX sign you up to.
🙌 In summary: if you're like me, jumped from routine to routine, gone to the gym regularly, but without a results driven strategy and correlating results to coincide and want an experience that will give you a huge boost, a solid foundation and life changing habits - then sign up to BTX, you won't regret it and will be thanking yourself (and your trainer), just like I am 💪

If you are looking for serious and professional personal training, a nutrition plan and results in the gym please look no further. I’m only 6 weeks in into the online program, and I can already see results I thought I couldn’t achieve, and I definitely didn’t achieve in the last couple of years of training by myself. Giuseppe is supportive, super available and definitely knows what’s best for the client. Everything is always well explained and transparent. I’m so grateful that I joined the 6 months program, best decision I could ever make for myself!
