Recently we engaged Chris at ePlatform to help us develop a proper lead and quote tracking system, along with a way to keep in touch with our clients. I was shocked to see the level of detail that went in to each of the points of automation built - from the various pipeline capabilities to the lead qualification forms to the communications templates. And all of it is fully customizable. AND they offer onboarding for us non-techies so we can get this amazing plug and play system up and running from day one. With ePlatform’s AI powered lead generation and retention abilities we have been able to increase the number of clients we are able to reach. Our plumbing company had previously been using several different media channels to communicate with our clients and team members. Eplatform was able to streamline all of our conversations into one easy to use program which has resulted in less missed opportunities for our business. Another feature we have found helpful is the AI chat bot that they were able to integrate with our website, this allowed customers to have their questions answered in a timely manner without the need to have someone on staff 24hrs a day.
