Beth was extremely helpful in helping us find a new home and then marketing and selling our old home. She answered all our questions and explained everything in detail. She also referred us to movers, cleaning people, fence builders and plumbers that were all reasonable and gave great service. The mortgage lender she recommended we work with was excellent. Our previous home was not in her area, but she marketed it and had open houses and was able to get it sold in this difficult market in three months. Could not be more disappointed with Beth and the way she "took care of us". She completely dropped the ball on us, and we have been dealing with issues for 5 months, issue she assured the builder would take care of. Fact is, she really didn't know what she was talking about, and simply cashed her check and moved on. DO YOUR RESEARCH.
