I got my pavers and turf installed 2 years ago and it included a warranty. When they installed my pavers it has a slope towards the house instead of away from the house, so when it rains the water sits in a puddle for some time.I called and they had me fill out a form since I have filled out that form I have not been able to get any help on this I have called multiple times and sent emails and text. So now I have no choice but to pay someone else to fix it and I will see what options I have legally to get them to reimburse me for this. I will no longer refer my friends and family either.

I have had the best experience with Always Green Turf. On time, hard workers and friendly & respectful. I will use them again for my front yard. Sales person was not forceful and gave me the time I needed to think about it and make sure my concerns were reached. Office communication was just as kind and came up with a perfect schedule to get it done.

Absolutley exceptional! Melanie came out to check out the job we needed done for our school. She was professional, kind, and very konwledgable. There were so many options to choose from and her recommendation worked out perfectly for what we were looking for! The crew came out and was incredible. UPDATE- Owner publicly replied claiming they would reach out to fix this, but never did. After I called again, a rep finally came out in person, acknowledged the bad grading, and promised to send a crew to fix it. They have since ghosted me completely and refuse to return calls. Their owner’s replies on Google are purely for PR. Currently filing a formal complaint with the ROC. Avoid.We hired Always Green Turf for our installation 18 months ago. During recent monsoon rainfall, severe water pooling occurred directly against our home’s exterior foundation wall and completely submerged the base of our AC unit due to a low-point "bowl" created during their installation.When we reached out under warranty, they attempted to deflect responsibility by claiming via text that we needed to install roof gutters instead. Proper landscape grading is legally required to slope water away from the home’s foundation and mechanical systems regardless of rooflines.When we pushed back requesting a site supervisor to inspect the slope, they completely ignored us and stopped responding.Extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability, poor customer service, and substandard drainage work. We are now forced to file a formal complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to get their work inspected and corrected. Save yourself the stress and go with a company that actually stands behind their work.
