Got my backyard done a little over a month ago and overall I’m not happy with it. The paver border looks great, and the longer turf looks nice, but there’s problems with everything else. We had a putting green installed and the cup sits above the turf, so the ball just bounces off it half the time. The gravel around the outside is very uneven and has trash sticking out of it. I was also told it would be a 1-2 day job while getting the quote and it ended up taking 4 days. I’m fine with it taking 4 days, but I’m not sure why they would tell me it would only take 2 max when quoting me. My side yard fence was also damaged to where I had to fix it for it to even close, and they somehow even took chunks out of the cement side wall. I’m not even sure how that happens. Less

I wanted to love this company. Cameron, who came out to measure and design my project was very attentive and walked me through everything. But unfortunately that's where the good stopped. The project manager was incredibly disconnected, the crew manager was absent most of the project and I couldn't communicate with the crew. Having to be on top of a crew to have the job done right (they started with placing my front yard plans in my back yard, talk about alarming) when you don't speak their language is stressful. I communicated several times with the project and crew manager about the weed fabric being placed under my rock. I was promised it would be handled. When I messaged the project manager to ask him to relay something important it never happened and I had to use google translate. But fast forward to 14 hours post completion and my phone was called not once but twice while I was working in order for them to get their money.I reluctantly paid them without knowing if thejob was really done right since there were several rough spots needing to be fixed. And guess what, the weed fabric wasn't put everywhere and in less than a week I had grass growing through my expensive landscape. I was promised it would get fixed and l and still waiting over two weeks later.Unfortunately this company charges more than all the others I got quotes from, and you don't get what you pay for. You may get a crew that actually cares, or you may get a lazy one like I did. You’ll have to decide if the gamble is worth it, for me and my single parent teach income it definitely wasn’t. Less

I can't say enough positive things about Always Green Turf. Having just finished the pool less than a year ago, the last thing I wanted to do was deal with multiple quotes from different companies and that whole process again. From the start, communication was on point and the transparency was amazing. So much so I didn't bother quoting with anyone else because I knew I had found a company that was going to make this process seamless, which is exactly how it went. From pricing, to planning, to execution everything was flawless. If a slight hurdle came up, Tom and Joe were there to help find a solution. When I threw a curveball and wanted to add to the project (Addition of white marble rock) Joe was there the next day helping me plan out exactly what I wanted, despite the original turf job already being done. Eta's fluctuate in this business but having the team communicate with you whether it's good or bad is absolutely the high quality service I knew I'd get from Always Green Turf. You 100% feel prioritized from start to finish. Suffice it to say, we are very happy with their work and thrilled we found a trusted company to work with and recommend to others for years to come. less than four months after install I have boarders lifting up and weeds/grass growing thru. I was told the area was treated prior to laying down the turf. Paid just under 10k. Not happy at all Less
