My first review ever and I give them 4 because there’s always room for improvement on a home improvement project. Be in for a pressure sales consultation where you’ll have to make a quick decision to benefit from the 25% “max” discount on the entire project. So know what you want. Hire someone who is licensed bonded and insured - AGT checks this box and everyone was very profesional from start to finish just know that it’s structured corporate style so you’ll be working with a lot of people and will not see or talk to the same people along the way. Feedback from me to the company was to have better next step/POC communication. Arrival time on projected start date (7a-10a). What time work will conclude for the day (3-5p(. Your Project Manager will be your go to resource for the actual project'. Your sales guy will be your POC for anything you need on the design. Do your research. Have a rough number in mind when having your consultation so you’re not taken on a ride but you’re riding the wave. Take notes on expectation on final result and keep yourself and everyone accountable by being involved in the project and checking in. See where you can cut costs as a homeowner and DIY-er. Always opt in for the PET LINER!! The pavers we got by default without a sample are too rough. Our kids have gotten lots of “boo boos” from this paver. Ask for a sample on the paver. The PLAYGROUND TURF IS AWESOME. Make sure it meets your lifestyle. Regardless of specific pre and post project circumstances, this surely Upgraded our lives!

The overall experience from first getting the in person estimate till the last day of install was flawless. The estimate was given by sales advisor Jaron and he was very kind and gentle (not like other aggressive sales people) He designed the turf on an app on his ipad and it gave me a great idea of what the final install may look like. The turf install was done by 3 gentlemen.. Manny,Javier and Panchito and the three of them were such gentle and kind souls and did an amazing job. Genuinely this has been a great experience. The communication was also perfect.
