TLC is a fantastic locally owned company. Everyone who works for the company is friendly, competent and extremely knowledgeable. They know what customers' want. They work hard to be on time, always providing updates as to when the tech will arrive. As for the techs, most have been with the company for many years! That is always a good sign.The photos I'm posting is when we discovered a sprinkler leak, and the tech found it within a couple of minutes and it was repaired quickly!If anyone were to ask me who to use, it would be TLC! I had TLC Irrigation do any expansion to our home irrigation system (TLC did the initial installation a few years ago). They are an extremely professional organization and very easy to work with. Caitin in the office was beyond awesome arranging the site survey, answering my many questions, and arranging the installation. Rudy, Nortty and their team are true installation experts. We had Abner from TLC come to check our irrigation system after we received a $1700.00 water bill. WSSC said the bill was associated with our sub meter, so we turned the water off and sought help. Abner was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. He checked everything throughly and logically explained to us what he suspected was going on with our irrigation system. He installed a new water bypass system to prevent overwatering. He was also punctual and called before he came. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TLC Lawn Sprinklers Inc. They did a great job! Less

TLC does great work, and makes sure the Customer is satisfied. Late in 2023 (following difficult personal event) I realized my sprinkler system had not been shut down for the winter. A Tech came out quickly and shut it down. But the back flow preventer was damaged. In Spring of 2024 a new back flow preventer was installed. In fall of 2024 I noticed unusual noises when the system turned on. When fall service came due I asked the Tech about the noise (loud enough to wake up people sleeping in the house). He had no idea...but said "I will make a note in your file." In spring 2025 I asked the Tech who came out to energize the system about the noise, that was still present, and if there was a note in my file. He claimed no note, and had no idea why there was noise. Later I called the office. Went through the issues and was told they would send their most experienced tech. Wilver came out...examined the system, did several tests and determined there were some bad valves that controlled water flow to zones. He returned later, replaced the damaged valves and eliminated the noise!!! Less
