Overall my experience was very positive with TLC’s drainage installation project. The Project Manager Drew was very prompt at returning my call and visiting the property to evaluate drainage patterns, draw up a plan which he did onsite and provide an estimate. The project was scheduled for the following week. The installation took 3 days and the lead Forman Rudy was very knowledgeable and professional. There was heavy rain right after the job was done and everything worked as planned. I am very satisfied with the results. The only reason I did not provide a five star rating is that Project Manager Drew was not present when the crew arrived. Rudy had some questions and we were able to call Drew and the questions were answered. Drew did stop by after the call. I’m sure they are busy but in my experience homeowners are a bit apprehensive undertaking these big projects and having the planner and foreman meet with the owner beforehand to overview the project sure goes a long way towards everybody being on the same page and making the owner more comfortable.
