So, I'm in Gibson's Grant in Chester on Kent Island. I wasn't happy with my last (unreliable) lawn sprinkler maintenance fella. While walking Chester one night, we stopped to talk the a neighbor (who has uncontestably one of the three nicest houses here). Nice guy. He said to call TLC and mention his name. I did and they were here in under a week to do the spring (now summer) opening. Recently hired TLC for an irrigation installation, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Their team was professional punctual and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to walk us through the layout explain the system and ensure everything was tailored to our Landscaping needs. I worked with Wilder, Felix and Drew who all were helpful throughout the process.I shopped two to three different irrigation contractors and although TLC was not the cheapest of the three they had the best warranty and the most knowledge giving me peace of mind. I've used TLC for a couple of years to open, shut down and maintain my sprinkler system. Same guy usually comes out and totally handles everything without me having to lift a finger. Always gets it right. I LOVE that convenience (so he can never leave). He also upgraded my controller and programmed it and I've never been so happy. I do everything from my phone and the app now. The one mistake I made is I should have had TLC do the original install. Five stars for me.

TLC is incredibly responsive with great customer service -- communication, follow through, on the phone or in your yard nothing but professional -- something we did not enjoy with our previous irrigation company. When we moved, it was an easy choice to have them install our full system as well as provide ongoing maintenance.
