Most welcoming gym you can find! Intimidated by crossfit? Come here. Totally judgment free space. Coaches are friendly, informative and incredibly supportive. Best of all- it's queer friendly! So if you are needing to find some LGBTQ+ community, this is the place to come. Of course the workouts are tough- but it's just an hour and you feel incredibly accomplished afterwards.

Great Crossfit gym! When I first came to the gym I was brand new to Crossfit and working out as a whole, which made me pretty nervous. Upon my first class I immediately felt comfortable in the atmosphere and was able to rely on the coaches to continuosly teach me everything I need to know.
I’m fairly new to CrossFit and joining CrossFit Full Strength has been really good with their awesome coaches and members. I like that their app shows you their programs in advance and also the ability to reserve using it, and yeh the programs are really good too!
The programming and community here at CFFS is awesome. I have been doing CrossFit for 7+ years, and this gym is among the best i have seen. Drop-in, sign up and get ready to CRUSH your fitness in 2021!

First time doing cross fit and I have to say I love it! From the coaches, atmosphere, and workout buddies, you feel motivated the entire time. The coaches walk you step by step through everything to make you feel comfortable and get the hang of the movements. I have never lifted weights to this degree. The coaches are awesome and helped me with my form and guide me on the different techniques. Coach Ian is extremely nice and relaxed while teaching sessions and always guiding my form and testing my strength. Coach Dustin is awesome as well. He has a very approachable personality and has shown me the difference in what techniques I should or shouldn’t do. I was scared to join CrossFit at first, but I needed something worth while that caught my attention, mixed up my routine and something community based - this gym is everything I was looking for! New to Phoenix and Crossfit. The gym has been welcoming and inclusive. There is a great variety of workouts - never bored and constantly learning new skills. Each of the coaches are unique so it’s easy to find someone that works well with you, but everyone is so approachable.

I’m new to the Crossfit universe...3 weeks in. I can’t tell you how challenging, but rewarding it is!! Gayle, the owner is amazing! She’s helping me achieve things I never thought I’d be able to. The atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging! I can’t wait to see what I can accomplish!! Did I mention I’m 58, with two knee replacements? If I can do it, anyone can!!!! 😊💪🏼

The atmosphere, facility, equipment, coaching, and programming is great!!! I have been doing CrossFit since 2010 across three different states so I've had a feel for plenty experiences in gyms. CrossFit Full Strength is by far one of the best overall that I've been to!!!
My boyfriend and I started Crossfit Full Strength a few weeks ago, and it already feels like home! The gym is spacious, the people are welcoming, and the coaching is great!! Gayle has created an awesome environment, and we’re happy to be apart of it.

I love Crossfit Full Strength and highly recommend coming here. I always feel welcomed by the members and amazing coaches! The coaches are knowledgeable and will help you modify the workouts whether it's your first time doing crossfit or because of an injury. Gayle the owner is an amazing person and really cares about her members.
I love this place! The coaches are amazing and will help to tailor the workouts to your abilities and mobilities. It is also such a wonderful community that I miss it when I'm not there.
Been going for a little over a year now.. I absolutely adore all the coaches, they’re knowledgeable, welcoming and personal. Members are also a hoot, I look forward to seeing friendly faces in every class. The gym and locker/restrooms are clean too:)
I highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to physically challenge themselves and try something new everyday. Each coach is unique and able to provide different tips to improve on form and increase in strength. You will form several new friendships with the staff and members if you stick along to the program.

As a former football player I never thought to much about crossfit while I was lifting heavy things and running into people. I began going to classes at what was likely the most out of shape I have been in my life but thought, how hard could it be? In hindsight, I advise against that attitude. They put me to work and I loved it. It was great for all skill levels... being new, the coaches took plenty of time to make sure the movements were correct in addition to lengthy warmups prior to the WOD (workout of the day). This prevented injuries and stretched the soreness out of the prior days workout. If you are worried because you don't workout a lot or think you can't handle the weight, don't be. There is no pressure to do anything more than you can handle, but you will want to challenge and push yourself each time when you watch the people around you reach goals and push themselves. I appreciated the group/team atmosphere after taking a long time away from the gym as it made me want to keep up and secretly out perform the others around me. My lifts increased and my weight decreased big time over the 6 week period. This gym is the real deal and if you want to make a change in your life, it begins here... Just be ready to work for it like anything worth while! Less
Great gym and best Crossfit experience I've had! Knowledgable coaches who are attentive to detail and great at what they do, was able to exceed what I thought my limits were with some small tweaks and great coaching. Also, the community here is welcoming! Definitely recommend!

However, I found CrossFit Full Strength lacking in so many ways that I really can't offer a positive review. I attended 3 workouts at this box as a fairly new CrossFitter. I found the coaching to be lacking in both skill and understanding. The owner and coach was dismissive when I requested clarification on lifting technique for the power clean; he noted that it was a simple movement and I shouldn't over-think it. Sorry, but Olympic lifts are NOT simple movements and adding load to faulty lifting technique increases risk of injury. Also the gym had two bikes, one of which was not functioning properly but which we were still expected to use for workouts. These issues aside, I didn't find the box community very welcoming or supportive, which are things I typically appreciate about other boxes I've been to. The owner also seemed pretty pushy with new members about his nutrition beliefs, which was off-putting to me. Granted, everyone has a different experience so maybe this box is a good fit for others and just wasn't a good fit for me. But from my experience there are much better boxes out there with better coaches and better equipment. It's worth trying a few different boxes if you are new to CrossFit to find the one that is right for you. Less

I dropped in at the 12 noon class and “MS Jackie” was waiting for the WOD. I really enjoyed the group warm up and the encouragement to get through the WOD. Broke my old time by 1:22. Hope to see y’all again....

You leave after an hour, drenched in sweat and sore head to toe the next day... every time. Go there. You will lose the pounds or see those gains. It is for everyone! On the 3rd night, I was down to 72 before bedtime. I didn't use my night time insulin for a week because I was scared I might not wake up. I went back on the insulin scaling it down to 30 units because I don't make e... More

I have been olympic lifting at Full Strength for almost two years now. They consistently have top level athletes and olympians training which is very inspiring to be around. The coach is a 2 time olympian and world champion so it does not get much better than that! We have been working out at the location 3 times a week over the past four months and it has been nothing short of awesome. There are SO many great people at this box, from the coaches & Gayle, to the fellow athletes. I could never say I really looked forward to a hard work out, but at Crossfit Full Strength I find myself always excited to get there and do what's on the schedule. You have a lot of guidance with your form, when to push yourself and when to know your limits, and how to modify accordingly. The variety is great for someone like myself who can easily fall into a routine rut.
