I was skeptical about barefoot training, as someone that was practically never barefoot, but the value I've seen and the massive improvement in stability has now converted me to workout exclusively barefoot. She is brutal in driving you to push yourself, and you want to curse her in the moment, but the outcomes are tough to ignore. So you keep on at it :) She's not a one-size-fits-all trainer, but has adapted to my specific need and gotten me pushing the envelope progressively. You are in good hands with her šŖš¼ Less

When I started working out with Heidi I was seriously out of shape. I had serious knee issues when taking stairs and I could not do any of the exercises I had been able to before. And one thing that no one had been able to address my shoulder pain. I sit in front of a laptop for more than 8 hours a day and hold all my tension in my shoulders. We started out program focused on key muscles and not with explosive workouts. When we worked on my feet I could feel the stability for weeks to come. The days we worked on my shoulders, I felt so relaxed because we focused the key that I needed for my daily work. As time went on we added more strength training. And soon I was using weights and was building strength in no time. As a result of out workouts my stability has improved enormously. I am walking and taking stairs without knee pain. I am able to sit on my computer for hours without shoulder pain. Working out with Heidi has had me build strength in muscles that I need for my daily life. If I am given a choice between working out with Heidi or getting a massage, it is no choice I would workout with Heidi. Each session helped my focus on key muscles. Less
I have trained with many trainers and none of them were able to diagnose and fix some of my body movement and strength imbalances until Heidi. She is much more than a get you fit trainer !!

Heidi is excellent coach. I have planned for running half marathon for the first time. Coach Heidiās strength program is major thing that helped to us the complete golden gate classic trail in 12 weeks of training.

Iāve been working with her for about a year now, and everything about how I work out has improved thanks to her. My posture, my form, the type of exercises I do, and so many more things, but most importantly of course are my feet. Since meeting and working with her, Iāve learned the importance of the muscle and tissues in your feet, how and when to work them out, what type of shoes to wear, what type of exercises actually help with feet issues, and how to fix everything in that process. I no longer feel the type of pain in my feet that I was getting throughout most of my life. Iāve also now got better balance, better posture, and better overall feel of my feet. Though again, she has also helped improve my core, how flexible I am and how much I stretch, and so many other things that relate to overall improved physical and mental health. I've had the pleasure of working with Heidi recently to help me with a sport injury that sidelined me for several months and for which physical therapy failed to treat. After hearing her assessment of my condition and her approach to fitness and mobility, I realized her program is exactly what I needed. Coach Heidi is a great trainer. I worked with her during the summer to work towards my goals and I always felt supported no matter what. I had multiple sessions with Heidi for strength training. I learnt lots of fun but grilling exercises The duck walks, bear walks, rope walks etc That along with education of why certain posture is important for even basic core exercises (we think we know ) was brilliant. I respect my feet so much more now !! Thanks Heidi. You are a 5 star trainer !!
Coach Heidi, is not like most trainers that give you the standard exercises.She understands the flaws and imbalances in your body and helps you master your body and functional strength. It goes beyond just picking up weights, but fixing issues that modern day world gives us, bad posture, lack of mobility, and more. Highly recommend you give it a shot.

Her expertise and knowledge of barefoot training is by far next level. She tailored the sessions to meet our needs and designed variety of fun and effective exercises to challenge us. We are over 10 weeks into the training program, definitely getting stronger and more agile. The biggest bonus is I got leaner, more muscle, and lost nearly 10 lbs!!! I am 46 yrs old and I am fitter than my high school/ college days... crazy!!! I would strongly recommend Heidi to be your trainer, she is legit people! Less
Heidi took the time to inspect what I needed to improve on to become a more wholistic athlete. She was very professional and the workouts felt very tailored to my unique needs. The positive effects of the trainings are almost instant. Great stuff and highly recommend.
