After seeing some other CrossFit gyms now, I would say this place is very much open to meeting you where you are at, there is a place for you whether you are a beginner, advanced, or just trying to get through the day LOL. The people are very welcoming and down to earth. Coach Wayne will listen to your goals and push you accordingly. It's a very family friendly environment. It has become a second home for me. Great gym for beginner to experienced athletes. Family friendly and a welcoming atmosphere.

I am new to CF and so glad I found this gem...love the trainers, the people and the workouts..It is a smaller gym, smaller classes, more personal...Wayne takes the time to focus on form and technique while challenging you!.. I had no intention on joining when I came to class with a friend, now I am hooked.

Dropped in for a few work outs when the box I frequent was closed for a few days. I found the staff to be very friendly knowledgeable and welcoming. Any CrossFiter new to experienced would find a killer workout and great people at CrossFit Stallings.

Great place for my son to get in shape after school. If you know anyone, invite them to come and try it out. My son is 13.

Great gym. Great coaches. The workouts can be extremely tough, but feel great after. The gym is more cost competitive than other boxes in my area.
