I started going to Jeremy thinking I was only getting an InBody scan, but the experience and help he provided was so much more than that. He took the time to truly explain the scan to me, discuss my long-term and short-term goals and helped me make a plan to get there. He continues to check in and has been an exceptional resource in my weight loss journey.

He is extremely knowledgable about sports physiology and kinesiology and focuses a lot on proper mechanics of exercise. He's great at showing you how even just small adjustments at what you're doing can improve your workout. HIs sessions are self-paced. You can train for as long or as little as you want--sessions aren't based on time, and even though he will plan out a work-out for you, it can be easily adjusted to suit what you're able and up to doing that day. Everyone who trains with him is very supportive of one another and the atmosphere is super relaxed and friendly. Couldn't recommend more highly! Less
Great experience for my son! Jeremy has great focus and very solid understand of building the correct muscle foundation for baseball. Oh and he’s a great guy. So win win.

I really enjoyed training with Jeremy! I was relatively new to weightlifting and pretty intimidated to start this new activity. He did a really great job explaining all the new movements to me and boosted my confidence along the way. Not only is he a great trainer, but an amazing listener as well!

Jeremy is so knowledgeable and puts his all into his clients. I saw results quickly and had so much fun in all of my training sessions! Definitely recommend for any one that is starting out or just needs to switch up their lifts.

Educating and guiding clients is at the core of a trainer’s role. As well as being knowledgeable, and able to communicate that knowledge in a way that’ll resonate with clients. My son’s gains have been quantified and shared several times throughout the process. There is no question that he has drastically increased strength, flexibility, and power. However, the most remarkable gain has been in his confidence and his motivation to achieve his goals. Jeremy communicates with him on a level that he understands. He makes sure that my son knows what he needs to do to be who he wants to be. He does not sugarcoat anything.
