Daniel was genuinely great to work with while we were buying a property in Lynchburg. What stood out most to me was how responsive he was. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and he was consistently easy to get ahold of, quick to respond, and willing to talk things through when I needed another opinion or some local context.His knowledge of Lynchburg was also incredibly helpful. Since he’s local, he knew the different neighborhoods, what was normal for the area, and a lot of the little things about the local real estate market that you just wouldn’t necessarily know coming in from somewhere else. That ended up being really valuable for us, especially since we were buying a multifamily property and had quite a few moving parts to work through.Buying property can be stressful and there were definitely moments where having someone who knew the area and would actually answer the phone made a big difference. Overall, I felt like Daniel was knowledgeable, dependable, and very easy to work with. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the Lynchburg area.
