My wife & I have been members of CrossFit Chain Reaction for 3 years, starting as complete novices, we cannot recommend it highly enough. The dedication & passion owners Sam & Ian have is astonishing! From the events they organise, to Ian’s daily programming, which is varied and challenging both physically and psychologically. The other members are incredible, there is no shortage of smiles or encouragement during a class. We have dropped into a few other Boxes now and CFCR has the freshest equipment and is the cleanest of them all, an aspect that has been maintained throughout our membership. We feel very lucky to call CFCR our home Box. If you are new to CrossFit or a seasoned CrossFit athlete, looking for a membership or just to drop-in you can’t go wrong with CrossFit Chain Reaction.

I’ve been a member for coming up to 6 weeks now and can not recommend it enough! The coaches and members are both welcoming, knowledgable and motivational. I was very nervous to start CrossFit but I was put at ease in an instant! If you are thinking about giving it a go, then do it 🙌🏻

I’ve been at this box for over 2 years now and have done CrossFit for around 5 now (where has the time gone). This place is like a 2nd home, I love CrossFit and this box has been great to me, it has allowed me to grow as an athlete, be part of an amazing community and support me when needed. I joined in Feb and honestly it’s the best decision I made this year! Ian and Sam run this place with a ton of care and devotion. Great variety of classes throughout the week including a big fun team workout on a Saturday. New members and drop-ins are always made to feel welcome. I really am not a morning person yet I’m here regularly at 6.30am! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Absolutely love this box! I wasn't in to fitness before but now i love it. The coaches are great and I've learnt a lot from them and all the people are lovely! Would definitely recommend!

Been coming along for 8 months now! The coaches are excellent and the gym itself is clean and tidy and the other members are great! Very social and there is always something going on! Highly recommended!!

I recently moved to MK from overseas and tried a couple of crossfit and traditional gyms in the area. Crossfit Chain Reaction is by far the best! Coach Ian's knowledge is really impressive, and his programming is so enjoyable! The other members have been really welcoming and supportive, you couldn't ask for a better group to hang out with each day! If you're looking to get fit and strong in a fun environment - this is the place to go!

Crossfit is the best thing I let myself in for. And being at this box with the people and Ian and Sam, really are what make it for me. I literally started from nowhere and have come so far. I will continue to encourage ANYONE to come here and give it a go. Love it �

This is such a brilliant box - I started as a total beginner and Coach Ian's support was amazing. Communication is brilliant from both Sam and Ian and the community feel makes me want to go back as soon as poss! Highly recommend �
