Ray in the front office is really nice and helpful.Christine the nurse practitioner is very smart and knows how to speak with her patient to put them at ease.however the young lady who does intakes and members of their lab r absolutely horrible to deal and communicate with .

A friend of mine went here with tonsil stones and received horrible customer service. The nurse was incredibly rude and insensitive about her concerns and made unprofessional comments. Additionally, my friend could overhear staff gossiping about her from the hall not regarding symptoms or any medical diagnoses. Overall not a good experience at all, however front desk staff was delightful!

Incredible experience. From Georgia and in town for work. They were able to see me and help me get the medicine I need before flying home with limited time. Had the best experience at Veritas Urgent Care this morning. They don’t take my insurance, but the receptionist walked me through how I could still get reimbursed by my company. It took them 10 minutes to figure out what’s wrong with me and were nothing but kind. I feel terrible, but they made me feel so much better.

They were so so sweet to me! I got in so fast and as a college student I was so worried about everything and they helped me so much.

They caught my appendicitis same day, and in time to get emergency surgery, the staff was amazing and even called to check that I was ok after going to get surgery. This is an incredible urgent care facility and I could not recommend it more.

With my encouragement, and too many symptoms, a few years ago, my husband and I went to see Dr. Hatemi. He does not like Dr. visits at all. Dr. Hatemi had a way of talking to him that encouraged him to try some BP meds and get a heart check up. He went with this plan and the heart Dr. found an issue that needs to be monitored yearly. Veterans beware. Their claim that Veterans will never pay for a doctors visit is not true, the VA will bill you later. Had I known this I would’ve made the longer Drive to the VA for free. Instead, I am seeing that I’m charged $30 per visit. When I called to inquire about this, they stopped returning my calls. I also want to let everyone know that Facebook is not letting me rate less than five stars for veritas for some reason. I want to give them one star Less

Got sick while visiting from Jacksonville. Tried to tough it out not wanting to spend half a day in a waiting room, only to be shuffled through. Got bad, so I had to go. One of the best experiences in a medical office I,ve had in 61 years. Was treated quickly and with a friendly manner by the staff. Dr. Clark has a great bedside manner. He listened, efficiently completed an examination and was able to diagnose that I had pnuemonia within minutes. I was given treatment which helped me start feeling better. He even followed up after hours to clear up a prescription issue. He was genuinely caring and told me to let him know how I was doing as my treatment went along. The Practitioner who saw me first and later administered a shot was also very friendly and professional, she made me feel comfortable. I recommend this Urgent Care without reservation. Less

We went to Veritas last week when my son got hurt at soccer practice. Another urgent care turned us away 45mins before they closed but Veritas saw us last minute before closing to confirm my son had broken his wrist at soccer practice. Even though it was right before closing we were treated as any other patient. James was amazing!!!! He made my son feel confident getting an X-ray and helped cheer him along!
