From the start to finish of our trip, the planning was top notch. We enjoyed the tours, our guides, our hotels and our transportation that was provided for us by Michelle. A job we'll done.

We utilized Brian for a 26-day trip to Spain, Italy, and Greece. Our trip included being by ourselves in Spain, being part of a tour group in Italy, and finishing with a cruise. Brian's recommendations around lodging, private tours, what tour group tour company to utilize, and cruise recommendations were all spot on. Brian literally provided us with a 60-page detailed itinerary by day with contact info, tour vouchers and emergency contact info. This document basically ensured that nothing fell through the cracks. I would highly recommend Brian and Chima Travel when you are planning a trip with a lot of moving parts.

I really didn’t know how unprepared I was for travel to the Caribbean until my vacation approached. There were so many details that I honestly hadn’t considered at all. Brian at Chima Travel was ahead of things the entire time. He provided documents with easy to follow (thanks for that!) instructions. With his help, the hardest part of the trip was waiting for our Lyft.I never thought I’d be someone who would enjoy a relaxing trip. I’m more of a “get up and go” type person. I was wrong. Brian arranged one of the best vacations I have ever taken. And, damn, what a view from our balcony!

Brian at Chima traveled planned a spectacular African Safari for my group of 6 (friends and family). Brian coordinated EVERYTHING with Kensington Tours. He was so accomodating and made our trip flawless. We couldn't have or wouldn't have wanted to do it without him. I look forward to our next adventure with Chima travel. I highly recommend Chima travel for any trip.

My husband and I worked with Allyssa with Chima Travel to plan our dream honeymoon to Greece.Allyssa was extremely communicative, helpful, and patient as we had made several adjustments to our itinerary. Our trip went smoothly due to Allyssa's efforts. Everything was broken down nicely by date, time, and price. Allyssa always listened to our feedback about our itinerary as we wanted to include leisure days balanced with plan tours, cruises, and etc. in both Athens and Santorini. We had amazing experiences on our trip due to Allyssa's work to find us companies with excellent reviews. We really didn't have to worry about anything with Allyssa on our side and certainly look forward to working with her again!

I highly recommend Chima Travel. Will was fantastic in helping us plan our trip to Japan. With a detailed itinerary (and enormous patience in answering our many, many questions) we felt thoroughly prepared for our two week vacation. 10 out of 10!

Chima travel is an Akron, Ohio gem that has been around for over 100 years and spearheaded by the Chima family through the generations. If you need help planning domestic or international travel, they are a responsive, reliable and easy agency to work with. Often, misconceptions about the cost of using a travel agent prevent people from seeking out their help. You do not pay Chima travel for their valuable assistance. They receive payment from the vendors they book for you.Specifically, Brian Chima is just wonderful for help with international travel. Brian has traveled worldwide and knows the ins and outs of planning big trips, booking flights, transfers, accommodations, and experiences. He is easy to work with, very thorough and very available when needed. Our experience with Brian and Chima Travel has been top notch and we highly recommend!Tim and Janet RooneyMunroe Falls, Ohio
