The young man assisted me in making sure I answered the questions properly and was comfortable in the confidential testing area. He was very professional× knowledgeable on CDC procedures. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. The Confidential Negative results were in my email box the next morning....with a two step procedure to retrieve. Outstanding customer service .
