I've been working with trainer Chris A. for a little over 2 years now. I started when I hit my later 40's and despite being a runner, my middle was getting squishier, my movement was getting stiffer and creakier, and my balance was off. Chris has been amazing - I've seen marked improvement in my balance, I'm fitter all around, I move more freely, and my strength has increased a lot. I love the small neighborhood gym feel - in the past I've been somewhat intimidated trying bigger gyms, here there is no judgement and everyone is super supportive, kind, and encouraging. I really can't say enough positive things about Elevate Performance - highly recommend!!
