Absolutely spot on from start to finish. After an initial (and very reassuring) consultation with Jamie and Dan, Ian and Jamie (no.2) came and delivered a perfect total rewire with us still living in the house! Polite, thoughtful and tidy, these guys went over and above to make our lives as comfortable as possible under pretty difficult conditions, creating the least damage possible to walls, ceilings and floors. Furthermore, they went on to make good all areas, ready for us to redecorate. Was struggling to find a good electrician until now! Saw the company advertised, rang them and was sorted in less than a week. Amazing guys! Let me explain. After seeing the company advertised, I rang them and they answered the call politely and professionally. I explained my issue and they managed to find a suitable slot shortly after to both provide a quote and then to actually carry out the work. Arriving both times, on time! They guided me on what extra bits to buy and what to have prepared ahead of their visit. They were so easy to communicate with and kept their word on deliverables. During the day of the actual work, they were again very professional, understanding and their expertise shone through. ⚡️Firstly I would like to thank Jamie and Dan with fitting my Hypervolt home wall charger. At first I was very worried about not finding the right guys for the job but after my first call I knew JJB Electrical in general were the guys. Especially Jamie and Dan was very friendly, we had a good laugh, they were very kind and helpfull and answered all my questions. They did a great job which I can't fault, and cleaned after them and left no mess behind. They were there everytime I called them, they came on the time they said and finished within 4 hours roughly. I am now waiting for UK power networks to come and upgrade my fuse to 100amps, then Jamie will be back to adjust output settings on charger to 100amps usage. It helps and speeds up things if you are prepared beforehand with downloading and setting up all your charger and utility apps. Thank you guys I am finally charging at comfort of my home.🙏 Less
