Just a really good experience. Went there with a torn rhomboid which was agony in truth, but Rachel did some great manipulation and after 2 visits I was good to go. Went back for a 3rd appointment just to round things off with a wider reaching neck and back massage. Could quite happily have dozed off! Rachel really knows her stuff and is a really nice person to chat with. Thanks Rachel !!

I have used Rachael a few times for various issues. one being a nasty whiplash injury over 8years ago and I have had no further issues with my neck. This week I rushed back to see her as my hip and pelvis were really painful with restricted movement. I was really impressed with the initial virtual appointment due to COVID and the hands on session was just amazing, not only does Rachael listen to what has happened she really works magic. The precautions for COIVD were spot on and I felt very safe. I cant recommend highly enough. looking forward to my next appointment...my hip and pelvis is moving so much better and for the first time in months I was able to play on the floor with my 2yr old with no pain.

I had the most excruciating nerve pain. After just one physio session with the talented Rachael, the return of movement in my left shoulder and arm was unbelievable. Really enjoyable and she is super friendly and super knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!!

I have been very pleased with Hands on Therapy. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Mike and Ryan are very professional and have been very helpful in relieving my pain. My first visits were for my back pain. I would have never thought a muscle in my back would cause such pain. Now I am seeing them for knee pain and the therapy is relieving the pain. I recommend Hands on Therapy.

I love Hands on Physiotherapy! I've gone there for both of my two total knee replacements, and I've always received the highest care from Mike and Ryan. Both are very professional and caring. I've never waited more than a few minutes from my appt. time to being seen. I've been so impressed with this company, that when they began offering massage therapy, I quickly signed up with Jeana and never looked back! I have in the past, and will continue to recommend them all!

I am truly disappointed. What started as a commitment on their part to provide care for my mother (who has dementia) turned into a disrespect of my time and lack of compassion in providing treatment. We waited 30 minutes to be told that my mother (in a wheelchair because her muscles started to atrophy) would have to wait another hour and a half before she could be seen. This was not the first time to experience being pushed aside and when she is taken in for treatment the "hands on" is rushed and it is obvious he doesn't want to work with her. But I'm sure the billing is going out on time. I find it infuriating because this is a difficult time for our family to have to see our mother in this condition and then to seek professional services and instead receive a general indifference. UNACCECPTABLE!!!
