CrossFit Fairhope is truly an amazing gym! I did a drop in and everyone was so welcoming and encouraging. The coaching staff is wicked knowledgeable and offer great scaling options for all members. As a L-1 myself I learned a lot from coach Dylan and I can’t wait to do another drop in when I come back to the area to visit.

Super informative and when needing correction on form was immediate to realize and offer suggestions on how to correct. Also pushed everyone in the class to do their best. Highly recommended
