Fluid recently completed works in our warehouse complex in Cromer, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the project met my expectations perfectly.What stood out to me was not only the high quality of the work but also the professionalism of Craig and his team throughout the process. Amazing experience working with Fluid Building Services on our recent addition to our home. The team listened to our needs and produced an outstanding result. This job threw up many issues but no problem was too big to overcome. The quality is 100% and our lives are forever improved. It’s better than we had imagined. Fluid Building Services were appointed to remediate our block of 15 units in Brookvale. The project was split into two phases. The first phase took around 12 months to complete, the second phase recently completed under budget and prior to the target completion date.The crew at Fluid developed a great relationship with owners and tenants and implemented some alternate solutions to improve the quality of the project without compromising the desired effect.Fluid are down to earth, exceptional quality and always return swiftly to attend to any issues occurring after completion.I would very strongly recommend Fluid for any remediation project due to their quality, customer service, and skilled personnel they assign to their projects.Happy to provide a personal reference and describe the issues we faced that we now longer have to deal with.

A few years ago we were looking to undertake a major upgrade on our 4 level apartment block in Manly. We had asked around and had heard nothing but good comments and experiences with Fluid. The job went to tender and Fluid were competitive on price and were awarded the contract. The job lasted about a year. I cannot speak more highly of Fluid and the job they did. The quality of the work was excellent. Clint's ability to identify and deal with issues as they occurred meant that the job progressed without any hitches. In the end, a job well done with a first class result that all owners were really happy with. Many passers by have since commented that it now looks like a new building. I would highly recommend Clint and the Fluid team to anyone looking to undertake this sort of remedial/restoration building work.

We have just successfully completed our second big renovation project with the team from Fluid and we are so happy with the results. While Fluid has certainly grown over the 10 years between our 2 projects, it still retains the ethos of a small business with the resources of a large organization. In both of our 2 "remedial" projects, Fluid demonstrated the same ability to turn real problems into positive opportunities and delivered solutions that were way beyond what we originally imagined was possible. When the owner tells you that he was up during the night thinking of new solutions for your project, you know just how committed Fluid is to ensuring you will achieve an outcome that you will be delighted with. Thanks for all of the hard work to deliver such a great result.
