We met Kym when dealing with a short sale of our townhouse back in 2012. My husband took a job on the east coast and thankfully Kym handled everything as we relocated our entire lives to the opposite side of the country. Short sales are lengthy to say the least and Kym did such an amazing job for us, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Fast forward to 2016. We had a son and moved back to Washington to be closer to friends and family. In September of 2016, Kym helped us find what we thought was the perfect home, however, after the home inspection, we learned that almost everything in the home needed to be fixed. Undeterred, Kym helped us look at several more homes in the area and in March of 2017 we found a home that met every criteria that we were looking for and then some!! There was some cosmetic work that needed to be done, but we weren't hesitant to get our hands dirty. Even after the sale of the home was complete, Kym continued to help us with renovation ideas and now I can honestly say that it is the absolute perfect home for my family! We cannot thank Kym enough. She has truly become a close family friend.

Buying from another state is scary, first time buying from another state is terrifying, Kym made that process stress free and so easy. Kym walked and recorded homes for us so we could see exactly what we were buying. She would give us feedback on neighborhoods, schools, environment, we really knew what we were driving up to after closing on our home. Perfect first time home buyer, she may need to make a living but she doesn't push for high comission, she also worked long and hard to sell us a house 3 bedroom 2 baths for under 130k, you can't beat that and it's by the police station as well. She sold 3 houses to my friends as well
