After our first visit, she told us that she would bring in a selection of diamonds based on my specific preferences that we could try on the next time we visited the store. Leading up to our second visit, Linda sent pictures and videos of the diamonds she had received via text and email so that we could browse the selection and let her know if we were looking for anything else. The second time we came into the store, I was completely blown away by how much attention Linda paid to detail. She brought in 3 excellent options that were not only tailored to my specific preferences, but that far EXCEEDED my expectations. We walked around the store and outside of the store with her to examine each diamond in varieties of lighting, and she literally sat with us for 3 hours as we thought about which diamond was the one. Very professional, friendly and willing to help find the perfect wedding ring! I had gone to several jewelry stores and I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. Had an unusual request of resizing an older engagement / wedding ring combination and adding a larger diamond and moving an existing diamond. It was done so beautifully and perfectly!!
