I went in a bit skeptical. Being a gym guy comes with some ego. You think you already know how to lift, and that heavier weights mean better results (and it does when done correctly). This experience humbled me in a positive way.I’ve learned how to properly activate the right muscles so I can lift effectively without injuring myself. Before starting, I had severe shoulder pain. Raising my arm above shoulder level was extremely painful. Three months later, I can lift my arm straight overhead without that pain.What stood out most was the level of explanation. Every exercise was broken down, including how it works, what it targets, and why it matters. Joe is excellent at what he does. I’d recommend this to anyone. Go in with an open mind and you’ll see a real improvement in your quality of life.
