Feeling very disappointed by the front desk staff and the transparency around pricing. They wouldn't communicate how much Pelvic Floor PT would cost and would only tell me the pricing if I spent $300 on a consult fee. It feels very spammy to not give transparency in pricing about what the investment is without spending hundreds of dollars up front as well as time and emotional energy, especially for something like Pelvic Floor PT which requires a ton of trust and feeling comfortable.

He taught me how to properly engage them, which completely changed my overhead pressing form and even carried over to my bench press and lat variation movements .Since working with him, my shoulder pain is gone. I’m now steadily increasing weight with better technique and more confidence.I purchased the 15 session package, and toward the end we also worked on foot/ankle mobility and deadlift form. I’ve done a lot of self-taught training through YouTube and Instagram, but Joe’s small, nuanced adjustments improved my stability by at least 20–30% in both my overhead press and deadlift. That alone made it worth the investment.What really sets Joe apart is his teaching mindset. He doesn’t just tell you what to do he explains why, breaks down movement patterns, and shows you exactly how to engage the right muscles. It was completely customized to my body.Even though my sessions have ended, I will be back to go over more deadlifting, squat, and hopefully sprinting because movement and resistance training is my priority as I enter my 50'sPro tip: Bring a camera or GoPro WITH A STAND and record your sessions! A LOT gets covered in an hour, and having footage makes it much easier to review your homework exercises and replicate proper form.

What impressed me most was that Pillar looks at the whole person.The focus has certainly been on recovering from my surgery, but just as importantly, there has been a strong emphasis on improving my overall fitness and health.I have since transitioned to working with Minija, and she has been amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about post-prostate recovery and pelvic floor therapy, but she also pays attention to every aspect of my physical health.Yes, we addressed the pelvic floor issues, but we also worked on strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and even diet.
