I cannot recommend Dr. Minija highly enough. Thanks to her exceptional diagnostic skills and targeted treatment plan, I am finally finding relief with a chronic pelvic floor issue. Joe was excellent to work with for my thumb injury recovery. He’s knowledgeable, practical, and took the time to explain the reasoning behind different exercises and treatment approaches. That understanding helped me feel more confident returning to sport and work. Really appreciate his help and would highly recommend him.

The unique thing about Pillar Kinetic is that no goal is too out-of-reach for a clinic like this. Traditional, insurance-based physical therapy clinics often max out in terms of how far they can take you in your rehab, but that's not the case at Pillar Kinetic.I am a physical therapist in town and chose Pillar Kinetic to help me with my shoulder and numbness/tingling down my arm, so that I could continue training at a high level and prepare for a big trip where I’d be very active.I gained full symptom relief and tools to independently carry out my own rehab while out of town, making my care at Pillar Kinetic a huge success!I worked with Joe and his student Lester.
