As soon as she walked in she was told sternly that she does not get to participate (even though I booked the session that morning) due to her tardiness. My daughter burst into tears as the employee behind the desk told her to leave. She’s in elementary school. He didn’t even wait 30 seconds for me to park and come in to discuss the situation. Instead he made my young daughter feel horrible. No where have I found in the contract I signed and anywhere on their website that tardiness of 8 minutes will result in the loss of a booked appointment. I spoke to the employee and he treated me as poorly as he did my daughter. Great facility. My boys love it! Very clean, temperature taken upon arrival, sanitizing equipment after each use. Very friendly staff! We feel good about coming here to let our boys get some energy out and get a good work out.

I am so appreciative of Redline. They are keeping my son active and his fitness has improved leaps and bounds since starting at Redline. The coaches are top notch and know their stuff. I also love how convenient the schedule is, we can go to classes whenever it works for our family. We will for sure sign up again, the investment is worth every penny.

Such a great facility with excellent services. Also includes real one-on-one physical therapy with Tim Puckett (you won't EVER get this type of therapy at your normal PT clinic....great treatment and you never feel like you are "hurt"). Wish this facility would change it's signage as specifying ages 8-18 is not their only services (signage says All Ages...call for programs).

Trainers encourage effort, correct form, and strengthen young participants to build athletic and social confidence.
