Sorry for the long rant, but I have to say this to save other people their time and money. Total Package Detailing on Pershing street is the company. First of all, running a detailing business out of a storage unit with no signage or business logo was the first sign that this was not gonna go good. Second, when dude was vacuuming, his vacuum hose kept rubbing on the paint, along the rocker panel and bumper. When I pointed it out to him and showed him the scratches and marks, he tried to say they were already there. Then he took a buffer and said show me what you're seeing. When I showed him again, he buffed three small swipes and asked other guy if it looked good, not me. Then he said, it was better than when it came in. A detailing company....its supposed to! How about, not scratching the vehicle? Third, when they said they were finished, there was still sand and some small stones all over in the back. When I asked if he considers that clean, he pulled the vacuum over and began to explain to me how a vacuum works, showing me the bristles. I said, I understand how a vacuum works, it is supposed to suck up what you left on the carpet. Then he said, we get paid $200/hr. If you want more than an hour, then you will have to pay more. I didn't care how long it took, I wanted a job done right. I came to get it detailed. How do you offer different package rates for a car you've never seen and don't know how much time it will take to finish the job? I paid money down up front and had to pick a package based on what I thought the degree of dirtiness for my car was. Ridiculous! These photos are after I asked him to vacuum again... The windows were smeared, the handles and dash have rag marks and all smeared. I have spent more time in my driveway cleaning my car than this 'detailing' company. Very defensive and full of excuses and unprofessional customer service. This is an update after he left his response on my review... Just by your response on my review, shows your attitude. You make up excuses, will not take responsibility and only blame the customer. Which most of was bullshit lies. You should not have called me and left me multiple texts trying to explain away the bad service and poor cleaning job. To the point where I had to block you. If you are detailing a vehicle, then you should not have things fall out of the seat after moving it. You asked me to pick a package prior to even knowing you and how small and unprofessional your 'shop' was and ill equipped it was. Also, I didn't know you were going to over anzlyse the vehicle for 15 minutes. You didn't even start until after 9 and was done by 10. Less than an hour to detail a vehicle. You made it sound like you had a crew, not one employee, plus an old hobbling man. I could hear your hose rubbing on my bumper and across my car while vacuuming, that is why I said something. Work on your customer service skills. I wouldn't have paid you another dime for the 'job' you didn't do. No detailing should be $225 for less than an hour. You are completely unequipped to run a detailing company. A small shop vac on a rolling tool cart and some spray bottles, which didn't clean anything. It left smears all over my windows and doors. I ended up doing all of it by myself at home and doing a way better job. If you start charging $400 for used vehicles, as you stated, you better step up your game. The proof is in the pictures. Was looking for glass treatment for my car. Had used RainX and Aquapel in the past. TPDS has a better solution (time will tell) and the price was right. Getting a quote, converting the quote, scheduling, and getting the process completed was VERY easy! I strongly recommend!!

These guys did do an amazing job at cleaning the dog hair in my vehicle. Having pets is a dirty job! But the price may be a little much. I feel it was a little excessive with how much was actually done. But other than the price they did a very nice job and I appreciate the work done

I showed up at 2:30pm. During our phone conversation at 2 you made no mention of having to leave early. I was skeptical about paying for a service online that I wasn't able to see first hand. I let you know right away after I looked over the truck that the carpets were still dirty and it did not look like a 300.00 dollar detail job. Your response should have been right away to say, how can we make it right. Instead I got, if you want a better detailing job it's going to cost you more. Washed my car for the first time since having your services done, it was like opening a Christmas present, I was amazed(smile ear to ear). You do awesome work. No water spot streaks down the sides of the doors! I also picked up some bugs on a road trip but was able to wipe them off with my finger and a few drops of water from my drink. I also had the Glassparency treatment done to my windshield. It's like Rain-x but on steroids. I recently traded that vehicle in on a new one and decided to purchase a coating from the dealer. This was a horrible mistake as the dealer was to polish scratches out that I had identified and at which time I expected to get a good finish and product application, however that was not the case. The detail shop added very bad swirl marks and applied the ceramic coating on top of polishing compound. After 3 attempts and being without my new vehicle for over a week with more and more swirl marks added, I decided to give Matt a call. He was very helpful and agreed to repair their damage. He came right to my home and again explained things as he was correcting the damage. In my opinion, he is the best at what he does in the Valley. I will be contacting him for any future needs before ever considering what seems to be a convenient dealer paint/interior protection package. They improperly apply subpar products without the most important steps of paint corrections before hand. Did a great job cleaning my mud mess and in the time he said it would take.

I had the selected the CSL black Ceramic coating for my vehicle. Matt notified me when he was on his way and showed up on time. He spent 9 hrs without a break, making sure my car was looking perfect. Even with all the winter road grime my vehicle is still shinning better than it ever had. Got the wife’s vehicle in line next for the same treatment. Wish I would of gotten it done sooner!

I went with the Total Package Plus and was told to drop my vehicle off at 8:00am and expect to pick it up around 3:00pm, for a 7-hour total cleaning. To my surprise I got a call at 11:30am that it was done. I am willing to pay a decent rate but not $70.00/hr!! Needless to say when I picked it up I was a little suspicious. One of the workers said they had four vehicles that day and needed to "get them all done and out the door". Hmm, a little misleading. What they advertise on the website is 'Quality not Quantity'. My vehicle looked good from the outside but when I got home I took a closer look. To my disappointment there were crumbs between the drivers seat and console, the carpeting still had salt stains, some of the windows had water stains, and there some spots of wax residue left on the car. I went to Total Package to detail my car before I put it up for sale. You can tell that these guys care about what they do. Their level of quality is amazing. When I put my car on the curb with a 'for sale' sign, I couldn't keep up with the phone calls. I credit much of that to how good it looked. The car was over 10 years old and it looked brand new again.
