I moved to the area from out of state, and I am so lucky I found this place. I have never done CrossFit before this gym, but the instruction, scalability, and attention to detail made it a good fit. Great facility, great coaches, and a great community of people!

The very first class the coaches and me ever were super welcoming and helpful. I have gone to many different gyms and this gym was the most welcoming and made me feel like I was a member for years. Highly recommended for any one looking for a welcoming group of people.

Are you sick of thinking of workouts to do or need a little extra push or challenge? Then you have come to the right place. The coaches are well knowledge and go over all exercises and movements prior to each class. All you have to do is show up and be ready to put in work. The gym has a lot of classes available depending on if you want to go in the morning afternoon or evening. There is plenty of equipment which is all up to date and in great condition. Plus they keep adding more and upgrading. The gym is very well maintained and is always organized and clean. I have been going for 2 years and was hesitant on joining a CrossFit gym as it seemed very intimidating. Once I was in classes it did not feel that way at all. All the members are welcoming, give you a little push if that’s what you are looking for and are very friendly.Also don’t be worried about the exercises or movements there are scaling options for all.

I never thought I would be the person that looks forward to a CrossFit workout out but I can proudly say I’ve drank the tea.CrossFit North and their coaches are super motivating. They take the time to help and make sure the movements are right along with providing modifications for anyone.There is no doubt that the workouts can be challenging but it leaves you feeling so accomplished and strong afterwards.If you ever had a thought about trying CrossFit, let it be CrossFit North.

I’ve been going to North Industry for 2 years now-at first I was super anxious about going and working out in front of a bunch of strangers who I thought would be judging me for not being as athletic/fit/capable BUT when you’re doing 75 wall balls or 30 burpees over and over again-you can’t judge anyone but yourself. There are some intense work outs that will have you questioning why you’re putting yourself through any of it (BUT) I’ve never left North Industry not feeling better than when I walked in. I’ve never regretted going to a class or trying or struggling. This place has helped me be more confident with my own abilities and has given me the ability to do the hard things. I’m proud of myself every time I sign into a class. The people are great-the coaches are so supportive-and if you give yourself a chance you will change your own life.

I had never tried CrossFit until I joined CrossFit North Industry 6 months ago, and I wish I had joined much earlier! I like the structure of the workouts - as I don't have to think about what to do next, I just show up and follow the coach's lead. I have seen such amazing progress in my endurance since joining, and I can't wait to see how much further I can go with their guidance.
