I have cervical disc bulge due to auto injury that gave me frequent headache with pulsating and burning sensation in a particular fixed area of my head. There was also stiffness in my neck and pressure in my eyes and ear. So when I saw on instagram, Dr. Jon Dandridge fixing the spinal cord and doing neck adjustment, I reached out to him as after visiting many doctors, it was confirmed that my neck position and posture is causing issue. I lifted something heavy, pulled my back and could barely walk. Pinched a nerve, maybe? I just know I was hurting when walking, when sitting, when laying down, getting up and down chairs. I didn't know what to do. I found this chiropractor place on line and i went to see them. I got an adjustment and I felt better right away. I started seeing them 2 times a week. After a few weeks i also started physical therapy. The chiropractor adjusted my bones, the PT strengthened my muscles. I'm back to my normal self and I'm very happy i ever went to see them.
