I signed up for nutrition counseling at Full Steam CrossFit with Kristin hoping to clean up my eating habits. What I didn’t expect was to get an incredibly supportive coach, a realistic plan, and a little bit of healthy intimidation. Kristin is seriously fit and I was slightly afraid that if I didn’t follow the plan she might possibly just beat me up. Thankfully, she’s actually one of the nicest, most supportive people you’ll meet. But the intimidation factor definitely helps keep you accountable.Kristin does an amazing job of making nutrition practical and sustainable. She took the time to understand my goals, my lifestyle, and my weaknesses, then created a plan that felt doable instead of overwhelming. There were no unrealistic expectations or extreme restrictions, just smart, manageable changes that actually work in real life. She’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and always available for questions or adjustments along the way.Since working with Kristin, I’ve built better habits, feel more energized, and have a much better understanding of nutrition overall.
