I called to ask if there was a fee to look at my computer and tell me how much it would cost to get it fixed over the phone.I was told, no, so I took my computer down there.It gave them my information, and was told there was a fifty dollar diagnostic charge.Why wasn't I told that over the phone?I was told there is no fee.Misinformation, maybe if somebody asked you should tell them about the diagnostic fee on the phone
