Dr. Joe is the master at dry needling. I have had two rotator cuff reconstructions and a fully torn bicep muscle repaired. I no longer have a Supraspinatus muscle and my bicep is surgically attached to my arm bone with a pin. Needless to say I have an unhappy shoulder/arm that flares up in painful trigger points. Dr. Joe finds them all and needles them right in the heart. They shudder, protest, wiggle and fight it but they eventually surrender and release. When you live in pain every day and then find the rare person who can truly help you it is such a gift. I am not interested in taking pain meds or muscle relaxers so I am so grateful for Dr. Joe's expertise and compassion. By the way, he's also really kind low-key and easy to talk to. Less

I haven’t been going to him very long but will going to from now on. Almost instant relief, I have been struggling with sciatica for over a week now. I haven’t been able to sleep or even get out of bed. He helped work it out and gave me a few pointers to take home. After 1 visit, sleep better and no issues getting up. Joe is great at what he does. Whenever I see him, I always feel better after a treatment. Today, I could barely walk. I had debilitating back pain. He adjusted me, did some dry needling and finished with some electric stim. When he was finished, I felt 200% better.He has a very unassuming demeanor and genuinely always has my best interests in mind when it comes to treatment.
