Dr. Joe is the master at dry needling. I have had two rotator cuff reconstructions and a fully torn bicep muscle repaired. I no longer have a Supraspinatus muscle and my bicep is surgically attached to my arm bone with a pin. Needless to say I have an unhappy shoulder/arm that flares up in painful trigger points. Dr. Joe finds them all and needles them right in the heart. They shudder, protest, wiggle and fight it but they eventually surrender and release. When you live in pain every day and then find the rare person who can truly help you it is such a gift. I am not interested in taking pain meds or muscle relaxers so I am so grateful for Dr. Joe's expertise and compassion. By the way, he's also really kind low-key and easy to talk to.
