I did the PTSD protocol and it did wonders. I see myself not reacting to things as much that would trigger me, and when I am still triggered I don’t stay in that moment as long and am able to let go.

Mary is an excellent Reflexologist. She assisted greatly in the healing of my knee. She has a wonderful knowledge in biofeedback, health coaching, reflexology and other specializations such as needle free acupuncture.
