I live out of state but regularly drop in when I’m home. This place is awesome. I’ve been a member at multiple CrossFit gyms over the years and this is one of the best. Sophia, the owner, is an amazing coach and so incredibly personable. I’m only up a few times a year but she always remembers little details and asks about life. This is the one of the most accepting boxes I’ve been to, a variety of skills and experience among members and everyone is sincerely welcoming. So wish I could be a regular here❤️

Everyone here is sooo amazing and friendly! You instantly feel like family. It is also amazing for a great workout!!
