I searched all over for a place to recover two large wicker chairs, that was not outrageously expensive and that could do the work quickly. When I called Painted Ox they helped me to do everything online - sending photos, choosing fabric, paying bills, and the cost was more than fair. As for timing, they called to tell me the chairs were done two weeks before I planned to check in. They were polite, reasonable, did excellent work and my chairs look great. They even helped me find someone to deliver and pick up the chairs since I was out of town. I could not ask for better service and will use them again for sure. Less

I went in to just look around and happen to see workers fixing furniture. I bought a 70’s vintage sofa out of state and found out the springs were shot and very uncomfortable to sit on. Inquired about the cost of fixing. They were much more reasonable than other places I reached out to so brought it in. They sent me photos of the process and was finished in 2 days, almost a week ahead of schedule. Will definitely use them again. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process.
