I was very surprised when I called Sound Advice to get a copy of my audiogram. I was told by the owner it was over 10 years old and she wouldn’t release it unless I paid 80.00 for it. I told them that’s what a new one costs. She said I know! A sheet of paper only costs .5 cents not 80.00. I was employed by the company that was previously there. I stayed with Personalized Hearing Care for 18 years because it was a company I was proud to work for. The Audiologists and staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, kind and just great people. They didn’t nickle and dime you. Sound Advice purchased the data base through PHC. Now we have to go through them and what a nightmare. Beyond helpful.

The staff is always friendly and professional. They are very accommodating and helpful. Whatever issue I’ve had they’ve addressed in a timely manner. They are very aware that people need their hearing aids and are quick to resolve any issues
