Very professional, receptionist was well informed. Painstakingly accurate with hearing aid descriptions and cost, also the maintenance protocol. The office was well organized and clean. Testing was done with the latest technology.

I stayed with Personalized Hearing Care for 18 years because it was a company I was proud to work for. The Audiologists and staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, kind and just great people. They didn’t nickle and dime you. Sound Advice purchased the data base through PHC. Now we have to go through them and what a nightmare. Beyond helpful.

The staff is always friendly and professional. They are very accommodating and helpful. Whatever issue I’ve had they’ve addressed in a timely manner. They are very aware that people need their hearing aids and are quick to resolve any issues
