We had the most amazing experience with Maria for my fiancé’s wedding suit alterations.From the very first enquiry, she was incredibly responsive, getting back to us within one business day and quickly locking in an appointment, which we really appreciated as we were travelling from Broome to Perth.When we arrived, Maria was so down-to-earth, welcoming, and accommodating. What impressed us most was her expertise. We didn’t even need to explain what we wanted/ needed done. As soon as my fiancé put the suit on, she immediately knew exactly what to do, pinning and adjusting in just minutes. The transformation was instant and completely elevated the look of the suit. My soon to be husband was very happy!We were only in Perth for a very short time, dropping the suit off at 11am on Monday and needing it back before our flight home the following day. Maria went above and beyond to accommodate us, having everything ready for collection at 8:30am, without compromising on quality or attention to detail.Her pricing was also very affordable, especially considering the level of service and skill she provides.The entire process was seamless, stress-free, and so easy. We truly felt like more than just another client, Maria made us feel comfortable, cared for, and almost like family. We feel so honoured that she was part of our wedding journey.I will absolutely be returning for future alterations.
