I really appreciate that you can see the week's workouts in advance, so that I know what's coming up. This is great if you're someone who does some other sport-specific training on your own. The group classes are awesome for me, because it takes the tedium out of having to come up with my own workouts and then do them by myself. I really struggle sometimes with working out on my own, so being able to look forward to seeing other people and knowing I'll get a great workout keeps me accountable. Amazing gym with very knowledgeable coaches and a great community of people. CrossFit Staunton helped me to transform my fitness. Coaches are supportive while challenging you at the same time. Workouts are scaled for all levels from competition level to beginners.

CrossFit Staunton hasn’t just been a place to workout, it has been a place where I had made friends and been able to grow as a person as well as grown in my fitness. Dropped into CrossFit Staunton last night for a qualifier workout. The ownership was incredibly hospitable, worked with us on very late notice and supported us throughout our workout. The space is big and well organized and is centrally located in this beautiful town. WOULD JOIN ASAP if I was a local.

I love this place. The coaches are all very knowledgeable; the fellow athletes all encourage you every step of the way; the atmosphere is inspiring & comfortable. Functional fitness has improved my life 100%, and pairing that with nutrition coaching was a total game-changer. You don't need to be "in shape" to walk in the door - just courage & curiosity.

I had spent time researching Crossfit on my own and then made that crucial "first step." I showed up for a beginner class at Crossfit Staunton (CFS). I will never regret that moment. Not only has CFS been integral in changing my physical fitness level and strength they have also awakened an inner strength in "who" I am as a 45 year old woman. I can do this. I am doing this. CFS has become a family to me. The instructors challenge me and motivate me, not against my fellow athletes, but against myself and my own perceived inabilities. This place is pretty cool, Phil and Jason are very welcoming and made me feel like i wasn't from out of town. I thought it was cool that they incorporate a lot of different things that i'm not used to like tire flips, or the use of concrete balls. Keep up the great work guys.

Crossfit Staunton is more like a family than a gym. Everyone (coaches and members) are very friendly and helpful. Im sure you have read and seen articles about Crossfit and could easily feel a little intimidated to try it. But I would say try it anyway. This coming from a 40 year old over weight female. It can really change your life.
