I don't even know where to begin with The Suit Guy. Aaron's work is unrivaled, unmatched and unparalleled in EVERY way. Although he is a phenomenal tailor, he is also an incredible human being. I came to Aaron as a suit newbie, with no idea what an alteration really entailed. On top of that, there was a mixup with the company I purchased my suit from and an inadvertent time crunch came about. In a panic, I started calling around, looking for a trustworthy tailor that would be able to help me get ready for the most important interview of my life. After explaining the dilemma to Aaron and the complex alterations needed, he went above and beyond, graciously clearing parts of his busy schedule to fit me in as soon as possible. Throughout the entire process, from initial fitment to picking up the suit, Aaron let me know that there was no need to worry. Tl;DR - If you need ANYTHING tailored or altered I HIGHLY recommend you give Aaron a call immediately. I've never had a custom anything before. I'm very much accustomed to simply walking into a department store, finding something that I feel like won't make me uncomfortable for an evening and that's about as good as it's going to get. Very much luck-based. That is until, I met Aaron and he explained to me that there was a better way. And that way is to talk to him about what you want. Maybe you have a favorite color... or colors! Turns out the number of buttons might matter to a person. By the time he's done taking measurements, you will find that there are all sorts of things that can be... wait for it... TAILORED just for YOU. Or in this case me. And so I embarked on this journey and entrusted Aaron with the very important job of creating a suit that really... SUITS me. Side note, if you learn anything from this review it is that he didn't pay me to write this. He's far smarter than that. Seriously, the suit Aaron came back with was nothing short of amazing. And at this point, you might be thinking maybe this guy has a few screws loose and I shouldn't take his opinion very seriously. So don't take just my word for it! I took his suit out for a spin two days after he handed it to me. And each and every person at the meeting was talking about the suit. And there was no end to the praise that was heaped onto the suit. Never in my life has anyone said so much as a passing comment about anything that I was wearing. I don't normally look at my clothes with any sort of emotion. I'm decidedly indifferent about the whole affair generally speaking. I have a different perspective now. A new-found respect for this industry that previously I don't think I would have given a second thought to. I cannot recommend enough the quality of craftsmanship on display here. I approached Aaron to make a custom Tux for a black tie wedding. It was my first custom tux, so I was a newbie. Aaron did an amazing job matching me with the right style, fabrics and fit. I was told by the “Mens Warehouse” that my sons suit for prom was “impossible” to alter (they used that word) because it needed the length taken in and they couldn’t do it! My daughter needed a emergency alteration for prom the next day. EVERYONE we called said NO! I was hesitant to call Suit Guy due to the company's name, but after calling almost everyone in Lehigh, Ft. Myers, and Cape Coral what would I be losing. When I called Aaron did not say no, he explained he and his family were leaving town and he probably wouldn't be able to take on my alteration, as I panicked , I explained our situation ( which was, her dress was in the hands of another company, at the last minute, at 5 pm, and the day before prom we were told to pick up the dress because the seamstress was tired and was unable to complete the alterations). Aaron said, can you send me a picture of the dress and I’ll call you later to bring the dress. We were relieved, Aaron kept his word and saved the day. Our alterations were completed as we waited. My wedding dress came in late (4 weeks before my wedding), and I was so nervous I wouldn't have time to get it altered. Thankfully, Aaron saved the day. Amazing tailor, We wanted to get a custom suit as a surprise for our preacher, We got one of his old suits telling him we are getting it cleaned “the old suit did not fit very well”.
