I'm especially excited for the text capabilities for marketing and automatically responding to potential leads right away. I currently have a variety of automations and while they do work, they are made up of 8-10 different programs and there are additional manual steps involved that I don't always keep up with. I am so excited that I got to be a part of the beta program. At the start of the program I was solo and running 2 pet sitting businesses, so not a lot of extra time to handle leads, client communication, or all the things! I absolutely love that PetBizCRM is an all in one software not only saving me time but also money! I even learned that I had some key elements missing from my website and contact forms (ie: privacy policy and terms & conditions (permission to contact leads back who fill out my contact form). I really love this system. I don't use ALL of the features personally but the ability to manage messages across all of the different platforms we use to communicate with clients has been a game changer. The app is allowing me to not be connected 24/7 and even hand the phone off to somebody else to communicate with new leads without having to also give them access to every account. ❤️10 out of 10!
