The other day I came in for a 90 min massage and was grateful they could fit me in the same day. I hadn’t ever had this masseuse before but I am appalled by my massage. I couldn’t wait for my 90 min massage to be over. The first 30 min I kept feeling my masseuse get distracted and one hand would drift away then she would put something (I had a feeling it was a phone) in between my legs and then continue massaging with both hands. After about 30 min of this I lifted my head up and looked back and saw her put her phone down really fast and ask me what’s wrong. After that she stopped being on her phone but then the massage was incredibly painful. I kept asking her for less pressure but then she said you are too tense relax. Then she asked if she could stand on me and I should have said no but usually I enjoy that part of the massage. It felt like she was crushing me. I asked for lighter pressure around 8 times throughout the massage but she just kept hurting me. I called the next day to tell the manager about this masseuse as I have never had this bad of an experience before but no one has called or reached out cause I guess they don’t care. I love the "no smell" part of the whole experience along with the fact that they have HGTV playing on their TV's to keep you occupied. 😊 They are a very cool full service all around spa. They have a very nice massage area in the back. Not only can you get a mani & Pedi but, go for the whole experience and get a massage while your at it!

Had a great experience here! I will definitely go back and refer my friends. I got my first deep tissue massage here - and Jenny did such a great job working on my back, legs, arms, I felt a lot of tightness and now a lot of relief. I also got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. It was a great experience, a relaxing spa, and nice people work there. Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for four years and I will not go anywhere else. All the ladies here are meticulous. They don’t do acrylic so there’s no gross chemical smell in the salon. A lovely little place to relax and be pampered. Oh! Their facials and massages are wonderful, too!

The woman doing my nails rushed so much that when she was finished she bumped my finger with her cart and didn't even redo it. She just tried to cover it up. I then asked the woman doing my toes to please fix it, and she just put another clear coat on top of it. They didn't remove excess polish on my fingers or anything when they finished, just rushed to start on the two people next to me. I'm so disappointed in this experience. Less

At first I was excited about this place. I got a pedicure with my friend and we had appointments. I had to wait about 45min until I got a spot, okay. It felt like my lady was rushed since other costumers were waiting as well. My polish chipped the week after, and after removing it, I got weird bubbles on my nail. Good price, very friendly staff. We were walk ins and only had to wait a few minutes. Nail techs did our toes (it was my friend's first ever pedi too!) And made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. A month later and my toe polish is still not chipped! Looks good.

Great spot for a relaxing mani/pedicure. The gel didn't last as long as some other places, but they don't buff your nails super thin. When I got the gels removed, my nails were still strong.

I come here for massages mainly. I go to one of their massage therapists on a regular basis and the cost is very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and go for the 90 minute. They do nails and face treatments here as well. It's popular, so I recommend phoning first, though same day appointments are common. They never have a "nail salon" smell. Had a wonderful pedicure and much needed gentleman's facial tonight at The Room Organic Spa. The staff was pleasant and professional. The facial was spectacular and even thought the extractions were painful, I loved every minute of it. I can definitely see a difference in my skin.

I love coming here. They do such a good job on my pedicure, and everyone there is so friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. Just a heads up make sure to bring cash for tip. You can put it on your card but they charge you. There is a generic ATM machine but it probably charges more.

So, I just had such an incredibly lovely time here that I actually made a Google+ account just so that I could review it. I feel so spoiled and pampered right now! Lan (Lon?) did an incredible job on my nails, was sweet as pie, and made me feel like a princess. I was already in love with this place by the time I was handed over to Angie to do my eyebrows, which I am very, VERY particular about. I just moved to Los Angeles from Connecticut, had to leave my beloved eyebrow guy (who I was spending 10$ more on) and never thought I would be happy again. Angie did an INCREDIBLE job. The arches are perfect and clean, and she kept them just as thick as I wanted. Not to mention she created them out of an absolute mess, as I have been too fearful to get them done professionally in almost two months. Anne (or Annie) at the front desk offered me water upon my arrival, coffee right before I left (how did she know?!) and hugged me on my way out (I'm pretty obviously a hugger.)
