Marquez Plumbing is FANTASTIC! From first call to writing out my check when the work was done, they were responsive, patient, understanding and professional. The scheduler Michaela was great with a my dilly-dallying on picking a day and time, and the owner who came out himself for my little water heater repair was extremely professional in the face of my having to be on a Zoom work meeting in my messy house while he was trying to get answers out of me. The work was fine. The problem: Their site says that they will give a free estimate. They gave me an estimate and said it would take 2 hours. They finished in 1 hour and charged me the estimate for 2 hours. When I asked, they said that when they give a quote, that is what they charge. Then they should call it a quote and not an estimate.
