I couldn’t recommend AlignLife enough. Dr. Mike is very thorough not only with your adjustments, but he also in how he educates you and brings you along in the process. I walked in with tension in my back, neck pain, and constant tossing and turning throughout the night, barely getting good sleep. I've been coming to Dr Mike for 6 months. When I started my neck hurt most days and I would end up cracking it myself for a semblance of relief. But it was not long term relief. After coming for 3 months I no longer had any neck pain and my range is motion increased significantly. I didn't even realize I had range of motion issues with my neck. I was in a car accident when I was a kid and have always had a fever spot on my shoulder blade, turns out it was a rib slightly out of place. After several adjustments it finally stayed in place and the tenderness has decreased significantly. I had seen a chiropractor prior to Dr Mike that ended up retiring and this was never addressed, I just thought it would be something I'd have to live with. Nope! Highly recommend Dr Mike. Hello, my name is Anselmo Garcia and I thought I’d give a little history on my back issues for this review. I was in the Air Force for 6 years. I was a B-1 crew chief and in aircraft maintenance, more often then not, a maintainer will hurt his or her back, knees, shoulders, etc… due to the physicality of the job. Unfortunately, I did hurt my back on my first deployment. I noticed a sharp/tingling/burning pain in my right lower back and from time to time I’d get that feeling down to my right calf. Several years later, it turns out I had a bulging disk in my right lower back. I’ve been to several chiropractors through the years since 2019 and it’s hard to come across a good team and a good chiropractor.
