Paid almost $400 for my 8x10 ft carpet to get clean. When I picked it up it still smelled dirty. They were nice enough to take it back and clean it again and then deliver it to my house. But I'm not satisfied. It doesn't smell "citrus clean" their name of the company is misleading there is absolutely zero fragrance so my carpet still has a carpet smell even after the second time they cleaned it. It doesn't smell as bad as it did when I brought it to him but it doesn't smell good... Nice people but not worth $400 Less
