I called to make an appointment with citrus and I gave them my room dimensions and specifications and they told me that I would be able to be at the minimum and that I even had space to do other parts of my house if need be to get me to the minimum of $230. I opted for cushions on my couch and she said yes that will work. I race home from work get everything off the floor and get house ready. The technicians get there and they change my quote to $400 after I had been told I could do the two bedrooms that I had planned and cushions on my couch. After going round and round with the owner, she was not Willing to work with me after one of her schedulers had quoted me a certain price. I am very disappointed in the unwillingness to keep one’s word on a quote and in essence bait and switch. I do not recommend this company. Less

Unfortunately we did NOT have a good experience, and I felt like I needed to share my story. We had specifically hired Citrus Carpet Cleaning to clean 8 rugs of various sizes, in their shop because of the special machine called a duster that beats the rugs to remove stuff that the mobile services aren’t able to offer. For a fee they will pick up and deliver. We have used other carpet cleaners around town that came to our home and did a sufficient job, but we thought since we were paying twice the cost, it would be worth it because the rugs would get the special in-house cleaning. Wrong! The rugs were picked up and delivered by a couple of nice guys, but as soon as we unrolled the “clean” 3x3 rugs, piles of sand fell on my floors. After we got the rest of the rugs in their respective rooms, sand is everywhere! I immediately called the store and emailed them pictures of the piles of sand and they acknowledged it was a lot of sand. They offered to come back and reclean them, but Citrus had already had the rugs for more than 2 weeks, and although I appreciate they offered to redo them, it really would have been more of an inconvenience to go through another 2 weeks without any rugs, so we passed. But for $875 we expected more. I won’t ever recommend them. Less

We had to have my daughters car seat cleaned. She was helping a friend move his pet cat to his new place, and the cat peed on her seat. Cat urine is one of the hardest smells to get rid of. Citrus Fresh did an amazing job. I would recommend them. Less

Citrus Fresh did an outstanding job on our old wall-to wall carpets ! The technician vacuumed the carpets throughly and then steam cleaned them. There was a very pleasant citrus scent in the process that dissipated quickly. We were pleased with the outcome. Overall, the company was professional and efficient. Less

The Citrus Fresh team cleaned my house after our daughters birthday party, we had some stains on the carpets and one on the furniture! They showed up on time, got everything cleaned up and looking great and removed the stain on the upholstery! I was worried the stains wouldn't come out completely but they DID!!!
