I signed up earlier this year when I had a running injury. I found it difficult to get on the schedule the massage therapists, but when I (finally) found one she quit two months later. GAH! So, I called and CANCELLED after 4 months of service. Spoke to the front desk in April/May and confirmed my account (month-to-month) should be cancelled. So, I called and CANCELLED after 4 months of service. Spoke to the front desk in April/May and confirmed my account (month-to-month) should be cancelled. Thought everything was fine until today when they stuck me with a $198 bill —stating that I didn’t sign their cancellation form and owed for the past few months. I was never told to complete the for and it wasn’t until I got a delinquent letter that this was brought to my attention. I’ve paid, but to say the least, I won’t be going back or recommend this group to anyone. I feel misled. It’s upon your team to advise your customers accurately and create a consistent experience that delights — keeping customers locked into your services. Massage Envy, yours falls short! Shameful. It was awful my boyfriend Works construction so I decided to get him a massage apparently all the girls that work there have no morals because the whole time he was getting massage she was throwing herself at him and he had to tell her he didn’t want her phone number but then she contacted him anyways because she got his contact information from his consent forms. All the therapists are great and I love that I am encouraged to try different therapists until I find the one that works for me. I have found her and I couldn’t be happier!! I feel like I’m getting an excellent massage every time for much less money than some swanky spa that overcharges for a basic massage. Everyone was so awesome today. Very polite and welcoming from the time I walked in the door. Can't wait to be back in 2 weeks.

I've been going to ME for over a year - once or twice a month. I love my therapist - Kayla - she is the best. I go to have my muscles work and she does a great job finding all the right places. Other therapist I've had give a nice relaxing massage but I need the muscle knots worked. If that is what you need - ask for Kayla!... More

I have a full year membership with you all and absolutely love it. My In-Laws gave that to me as a gift for Christmas this past year and it is truly one of the best gifts I have ever received. I work a busy work schedule and have 3 kids but I have always been able to have a time that works well and fits my schedule. They don't tell you about their "cancellation policy" I have never in my life been sales pitched harder to buy a membership. Literally wouldn't take no for an answer. When I said I wouldn't sign up without talking to my husband I was told to go ahead and sign up and then if he wasn't happy I could cancel within 3 days. When I said I wouldn't sign up without talking to my husband I was told to go ahead and sign up and then if he wasn't happy I could cancel within 3 days. When I got home, 45 minutes away, I realized I left my earrings. I called and they did find them but will not mail. They said they can put them in the "lost and found box with my name" Literally can't spend .46 to send me my earrings so I will have to find time to drive 45 minutes to get them and deal with rude people. And who knows if they will be there since they are sitting in a lost and found back open to public I assume. Will never go back! Less

Customer service sucks. It's too bad because they do have great massage therapists! I'll never go back!
