Integrative Dry Needling takes an entirely different approach to pain management. It offers training to treat the neurologic as well as the orthopedic populations that we treat every day. As an occupational therapist it can be slightly intimidating to take a course like this but Natalie made it very inclusive and practical. She took a invasive modality and turned it into a powerful tool so we can help our patients. So if you're an OT and are hesitant, don't be. She's got your back. I had an absolutely awesome experience taking the dry needling course with Stephanie\! She is an incredible instructor and did a great job making the material easy to understand while giving us plenty of hands-on practice. I honestly had a fantastic time throughout the entire course and walked away feeling much more confident in my knowledge and skills.Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable, patient, approachable, and genuinely wants everyone in the course to succeed. She took the time to answer questions, explain techniques, and make sure we understood not only how to perform dry needling, but the reasoning behind what we were doing.As a physical therapist working toward my DPT, this was one of the most enjoyable and useful continuing education courses I have taken. I learned a ton and am already looking forward to taking the advanced course with her. I would highly recommend Stephanie and this course to any PT interested in learning dry needling. Definitely 5 stars!

The course was super informative and full of great content and practice. I appreciate the safety applied in the course and made someone who has a needle phobia fairly comfortable with the course. Natalie was great and I appreciate all her help.

Took the IDN course this weekend with Natalie and she made would could be a very long and challenging course engaging and digestible. Would highly recommend going through IDN for dry needling training.

I have taken multiple dry needling courses and this was by far the best. Natalie was an incredible instructor. The anatomical review, safety precautions, and lab work were all so so good. I have significantly more confidence, and clinical reasoning behind my needling approach now. I will absolutely take more courses with IDN in the future!

This is the second dry needling class I have taken and it was so much better than my first. I left the course feeling confident with the anatomy and techniques. The instructor, Natalie, did a great job of making such a high volume course, easily digestible and fun. I would highly recommend this class.

Natalie made this a fun and informative course. It’s more than just trigger point releases with needles - you learn how to affect the whole body system integrating the nervous system as well. This was an exceptional course, and Natalie was an exceptional instructor. Highly recommended!

I loved the foundational IDN course with Natalie! It was my first hands on exposure to DN, and as a mostly pelvic floor and neuro PT it was great to learn about the systemic effects of IDN to treat so much more beyond symptomatic trigger points. The course was well organized, easy to understand, and very safety-forward.
