IDN was a very interactive course that allows for a lot of hands of practice of manual techniques. Allowed for a systemic approach to treating a variety of patients through dry needling of the whole body. Was a good review of neuro/anatomy and gave explanations as to when treatment was indicated for certain pathologies. Dave was very knowledgeable yet personable and broke down the course is a very engaging way to enhance application to patient types you may see in the clinic

Dave was an amazing instructor with vast knowledge on every topic, while going into very clear detail in every point. He answered every question in a professional manner and added personality throughout the course which made a 3-day weekend course very enjoyable. The organization of the class was very clear and thorough.

The foundation dry needling course i took with IDN was one of the best courses i have ever taken. The instructors were knowledgable, and made the course a fun learning experience. I was able to get through the course even though i have personal problems with needles! Sonya was amazing, very accommodating and understanding of my needs. i can’t even believe that i am considering taking the advanced course in the future, i truly hope she will be my instructor then.

I have completed 3 courses with IDN (foundation course, advanced certification, and lumbopelvic course). My foundations and advanced courses were with David Griswold and I really enjoyed him as the instructor. He is patient, super knowledgeable and has great energy. I feel like the information I learned in these courses really aligns with how I want to treat patients in the clinic- which is looking at their entire system from head to toe. It’s never just 1 “problem area” and these courses help you to address different diagnoses or patient complaints from various angles. As for the lumbopelvic course taught by Mark Hernandez, it was life changing as a pelvic floor PT. Mark is so intelligent and I was so grateful to take in every clinical pearl he shared. This course really taught me to think outside the box when approaching complex cases. I would highly recommend this course for anyone that isn’t a pelvic PT, because it was all external techniques that you could add to your toolbox especially if you are unable to refer out to a pelvic PT.

I had a great experience with this dry needling course. Dr. Jenna and Dr. Sonya were knowledgeable, approachable, and did a great job creating a comfortable learning environment.
