Dropped in on a Saturday morning. First time in Austin and first time visiting this gym. Such a welcoming environment! The people were lovely And the workout was a great time! Would definitely come back again๐
Awesome experience! Genny is awesome

I signed up for the introduction program for a month which made a huge difference, coach David helped me a lot in this program. I normally take the 5:15 am class and my coach Russell is incredible. Heโs always on time, very patient encouraging and always helps me move to my next level; he meets you right where you're at, no judgment. The people in the class are awesome too. Everyone's friendly and welcoming. You're instantly part of the crew, whether you're a pro or just starting like me. if you're thinking about trying CrossFit, you've gotta check out this gym. I've felt the progress, and I'm hooked. Highly recommend! ๐๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ช Less
Great atmosphere,people and programming!
Coach was great, the community was great. Very Austin, very friendly!
Great atmosphere, great members, & the coaches are wonderful! Staff is experienced and positive, and helped me to lift safely and increase my fitness in all dimensions. Highly recommended and in my mind qualifies as a hidden Gem!
What a great community. CFCP even has a teen program which has been a game changer for my 13 year old. He has never been a big athlete and I needed to find something to keep him active. The teen program welcomes beginners and helps them learn in an inclusive environment. Awesome
Group was very nice. Coach was great
A really amazing community
This facility is top notch. Friendly, clean, and amazing coaches. Worth a visit.
Great coaching and friendly atmosphere
Great community and coaches here at CPCF!
I tried a free session today, and I loved it. It took me a whopping 33min to finish my WOD.. most people were done with their workouts (I sucked pretty bad). I still had a couple of rounds to go, everyone stayed and cheered me on. Even joined me on my last round of WOD. I was blown away by the support and encouragement I got. The member who showed me the ropes on my first workout today was awesome, kept pushing me. The coach showed me some alternate moves coz some where complicated, and did not have the flexibility to execute those.. After the session was over there was no pressure to join, no sales pitch .. just an invitation to come back the next day and workout. The facility looks pretty organized, it's a gym (they call it a box) not a studio.. and I kinda like that. The barbell movements are pretty advanced, workout is tough, but I got a real feeling of accomplishment after I was done. I am going to join and give it a try. Less
Not only do they have great programing, & awesome coaches. But itโs a wonderful community of people to workout with!
Great community of people and a fantastic coaches make this place, THE gym to get fit!
This place is awesome! Iโve always been skeptical of CrossFit but all the coaches here are extremely knowledgeable and always make sure you are staying safe no matter what lift you are doing! Highly recommended checking it out! Come on Saturdayโs for the free workouts!!
I've been with CFCP for 9 years, I've gone from doing push ups on the wall to winning powerlifting titles. Coaches and community are the best!
Great Crossfit Gym .. family atmosphere ... everyone welcome.
Hands down, Crossfit Cedar Park has the best programming. The owners and coaches are amazing too! Great for all levels, beginners to elite.
One of my friends alerted me of this. I can't honestly tell you how or when this post occurred. I have never been to this location and I am simply confused. Sorry about this, not sure how to take it down so i figured I write this comment. Oh and I changed the stars to 5 just to make up for whatever happened.
Great gym with top notch programming and coaches. The community is welcoming and fun. If you were thinking about trying it out, do yourself a favor and just do it!
I love CrossFit Cedar Park! They have group classes but they give personalized attention to everyone. All levels are welcome and we all work at our own level. The other thing I love is that we all support and encourage one another. It is like CHEERS.๐
Lives to the name

They were helpful and encouraging during each workout and gave lots of suggestions to better my technique! Enjoyed it so much that I made my sister in law tag along with me for the other two visits. Now she's hooked and loves it there. Looking forward to swinging by Crossfit CP next time I'm in the neighborhood. Thanks for the experience and hospitality, I would highly recommend your gym to anyone!! Less
So supportive - amazing and knowledgeable staff - has everything you need, no frills - inspiring!
I am part of the Cedar Park Crossfit family;) I have been completely welcomed in. My coach, Carson Thomas pushes me to my potential and way beyond, and gets me to always do more than I thought possible. When I'm thinking I can't do anymore I hear him say "come on Lynn, you're almost done. Hang in there girl!" Also, I hear across the room other coaches and fellow crossfit patriots saying my na... When I'm thinking I can't do anymore I hear him say "come on Lynn, you're almost done. Hang in there girl!" Also, I hear across the room other coaches and fellow crossfit patriots saying my name and encouraging me. It really is a fitness family atmosphere. I try to do workouts at a gym or at home on other non-crossfit days but I just can't seem to push myself to my limits and beyond. I'm more fit now than I've ever been. I still have much improvement to work on. THANK YOU Cedar Park Crossfit family for the motivation and inspiration to better myself and welcoming me in. I couldn't do this without you. Less
Great place. Great community. Great coaches catering to individual abilities of each athlete.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My coach Stacey is awesome. I like the approach that she took with me and found a program that would work best for me. (Nu-u) My tryout session was tough and no of them get easier. When I met with Stacey she told me to come and try it out because Crossfit is not for everyone. I am 5'6" starting weight 340lbs. (Nu-u) My tryout session was tough and no of them get easier. When I met with Stacey she told me to come and try it out because Crossfit is not for everyone. I am 5'6" starting weight 340lbs. I have lost about 52lbs over the last 7 weeks. Stacey constantly informs me about nutrition which is even more important than just working out. When she told me it was not for everyone that was code for " If you are not 100% committed to lifestyle change this may not work." Everyone is friendly and encouraging and I do not feel like I am being judged when I come in there. The facility is super clean and equipment is in good order. These people know what they are doing and I trust their advice completely. If you really want to challenge yourself or get into shape these are the people to talk to. Less
I have worked out in lots of places, been to many gyms, and participated in many types of physical activity. I became interested in CrossFit while going to a martial arts school. I have worked out in lots of places, been to many gyms, and participated in many types of physical activity. I became interested in CrossFit while going to a martial arts school. Noticing that CFCP was the closest to my house, I decided to try it. I immediately loved it. Sure, you get to work out, push yourself, and do things you never thought possible. Sure, you get coaching on your diet as well as skill sessions one on one with coaches. You really get the whole experience of having people genuinely interested in your health. The best thing that you get out of CFCP is the feeling of community of like minded people that are enthusiastic and all pulling for you! I have never seen people be so invested in each other's fitness/health before. Sure, it's easy to interpret as being "pushed" to work hard, but that's only if you are a weak minded individual that does not understand when people are trying to help you. There have been times when I have been injured, sore, strained, and the coaches are ALWAYS driving home the fact that we are the CEO's of our own bodies and only WE can decide how hard to push. Some days they just send me over to the physical therapy side and tell me stretch out. No one is pushed past where they want to be pushed. The challenges are amazing. If you ever want to see people reach fantastic goals, come and check it out. Less
