He spoke to the workers, but said, “They don’t understand everything that I say “. I expressed my concern to Carlos who came to the house to see what I was talking about. He showed caring and understanding. I was informed that the owner came to address the issue, however, he never spoke to my husband or myself. Carlos was informed of this. Carlos was very respectful, responsive, and supportive. The roof looks great! The workers cleaned up, however many nails were left in the yard surrounding the house. When the supervisor picked up the dump trailer, he was informed of all the nails I had picked up. He used the magnet and discovered more nails. Carlos came out to assess the completed roof. Another man was with him. We showed him areas around the dorm windows where the tile was lifting up. He assured us that because of the rain and lack of sun, the tiles had not yet settled.
