This gym is truly something special! Every single person on the FeRRUM team is incredibly knowledgeable and responsible when it comes to curating a training plan that addresses YOUR specific needs and restrictions. We all have different fitness goals, but what is so refreshing about FeRRUM's approach is that the overall goal is to build strength for longevity in a healthy and supported way. I love seeing all ages in this gym. From teenagers to post menopausal women, all are welcomed and educated on how to move their bodies. The owners Andrea and Cheri are incredible resources and have intentionally designed the client journey to walk every individual who walks into their gym through personal training to ensure proper movement patterns. This is the kind of attention and care I want in a provider every time. My trainer Kelly worked with me on my goals and cleared me for group class in a month!
