Megan helped both my kids with 2 different issues. She was able to show Hailee exercises and stretches to help with tight helps to be able to gain speed on her pitches and prevent future injury. Gavin hit a huge growth spurt that really effected his back and hips. After going through several weeks of therapy Gavin was able to stand back up straight and eliminate alot of the pain. Both worked tremendously! Our family is very thankful for Megan and S&V Therapy. She is truly a blessing!

I highly recommend the physical therapy team at S&V. . I came in with severe back and hip pain following a car accident. The pain was affecting my ability to walk without excruciating pain. Dr. Stinson ("Dr. Megan" as she affectionately prefers to be called) and her whole team werr incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to explain the cause of my symptoms and the purpose of each exercise, which helped me stay on track. The one-on-one care was fantastic, and I always felt secure knowing they were watching my form closely. After just a few sessions, my pain was dramatically reduced. I am now able to sleep through the night and walk almost pain-free with strength and confidence. The entire staff was professional, caring, and created such a positive atmosphere that I actually looked forward to my appointments. Thank you S & V for the constant love and encouragement to my healing process!!! Ya all are amazing!!!

Three and a half years after my knee surgery and Dr Megan's absolute amazing physical therapy (6 weeks of therapy) and I can still complete a full AFT( Army Fitness Test) with flying colors, with my two mile time at 16:10. All of the tools given to me has helped me and continue to help me every day. Thank you Dr Megan, and everyone remember to BRACE!!!

My husband used S&V after a complete knee replacement …..Everything about this facility was wonderful. It’s Easy to do Scheduling ,The entire staff has a friendly and positive attitude and Dr Megan is very knowledgeable . Ron is back to working out and playing pickleball daily …. Thanks to S&V !
