They care about you and your recovery first and foremost and not treat you as just another patient. Doug had rotator cuff surgery in March 2022. He began therapy in April finishing in July and returned to work early August. Immediately we knew these women were the best choice in his recovery. One-on-one attention rather than sharing the time with other patients was a major plus. They were eager to help Doug in home therapy as well and we believe this helped speed up his recover. Our insurance is BCBS (out of state). As they do not file claims with the insurance company, this did pose some nuisance at first when filing our own reimbursement claims. Both Dr. Stinson and Dr. Voss were extremely helpful in providing whatever extra information insurance required. A few calls with the insurance company straightened out all of the issues and streamlined the process for a quicker refund. This could be a deterrent for a lot of people having to pay up front, but they do offer discount packages that helped substantially. Overall, we would rather take the self-claim with the insurance in order to have the best therapists and we firmly agree they are the best! At every post-surgery office visit, Doug's surgeon was extremely pleased with his progress and was surprised on a couple of occasions on how much range he had ... all thanks to Stinson & Voss for the aftercare! If you are on the fence about therapy and who to turn to, we'd highly suggest you talk to them. If we ever need therapy again, they are our go-to for sure. Less
